I sometimes use the total EQ to create a bold sound once I've decided on an amp and effects. For Guilty Gear Strive, I chose an old Marshall amp because I knew the JCM900 was used in the official music video (Smell of the game). I'm not very good at making sounds, so I always start by researching the players' equipment and mimicking them.

The audio interface is a cheap piece of equipment called Komplete Audio 1! By the way, I also play the guitar on the song "Historia Of Velnoti" from SOUND VOLTEX, so please have a listen! This was also recorded with BIAS FX2.
I would love to hear an instrumental of this song without the vocals, the guitar during the main chorus is so cool but it's so hard to hear with the mixing of the vocals
lol how does everyone get the voicing for those diminished chords wrong? you got the non-diminished version next to it fine, but the regular tritone sounds way too chunky afterwards imo lol
Maybe because on a guitar it's just one fret different...? Especially when the sound is close to distorted power chords, I get confused after listening to it many times.
