How to make a MISSISSIPPI POT ROAST

Hey yall heyyyyy look listen these are the simple easy peasy ingredients I used for this delicious pot roast:
8lbs of chuck roast
1 onion slices
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
2 tlbs of each:
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
black pepper
poultry seasoning
paprika
1 pack ranch seasoning
1 jar of mild peppers
crock pot cook time 7 hours on high
