My understanding is that they originally said there would be a 4 and 5, but then the director of this said something about them deciding to put it all into one movie instead of draw it out and make fans wait. There is also the "Ballerina" series coming out, maybe even this year, and a "Continental" series that is about the NY Continental. There was also a preview in my showing for a movie called "Sisu" which was shown as being from the producers of John Wick and looks like John Wick but its a dude killing a bunch of Nazis.

I rank the films 1-3-2-4. Chapter 4 was way too long for my taste. The other 3 films are a lot tighter IMO.
