- Join me for my first ever stay at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort in 2021 for a FULL TOUR - room tour, resort tour, the FULL EXPERIENCE of a 2-night stay at the beautifully themed Polynesian Resort! Including dining, shopping, BOTH POOLS - the Lava Pool AND the Oasis Pool, and the Oasis Pool jacuzzi, beach time and MORE!! I bring you along to experience everything, staying in a DVC (Disney Vacation Club) room in the Moorea building, including the MAJOR REFURBISHMENT that is going on to bring "new aloha" to the Polynesian resort and a look at the COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED monorail station and some of the construction! You’ve never stayed here Jackie? Omg this is by far my favorite place to stay at in Disney. I stayed here many times as a kid and young adult as I’m now 37, but I am long overdue for a return trip as it’s been almost 20 years

Staying at the Polynesian has been a dream of mine since childhood. Hopefully someday.
Fun fact, Moorea is a part of the Society Islands of French Polynesia. The island is located right next to Tahiti!
I just love the vibe of this resort with the torches. The Olu merch is so cute! What a cool Maui statue, it has Orange Bird in the back. The Electrical Water Pageant is an underrated gem. The music is perfection
What a great staycation, so glad that nice family donated you the points and you were able to relax and really enjoy the resort, often people spend very little time at their resort and rust to the parks, it is great to get a resort video much as I love the parks this was awesome, thanks for taking us along

My son has autism and ADHD he loves your blogs right now he said it's making what's going on barrable. An escape from the stress of all of everything. This is the second half of his Junior year. He loves you, Adam the Woo, Tim Tracker, Best Life and Beyond and Theme Park Obsession. He did ask though being due to medical conditions is there anyway that could mention at least some of the vegetarian items at the parks or resorts? Totally understand if not able. He dreams of visiting but only been to Universal with his grandma. Though with his autism he's not understanding theirs a mix of food for all. He keeps saying I can't go nothing I can eat. I have even told him I was in Disney world when I was a teenager and even then they had Vegetarian choices. Would be awesome to see what they have for kids/adults with special needs at the parks. Thank you for all the awesome blogs an escape for all of at this time!
DFB (the Disney Food Blog) is pretty good for this. They have a UA-cam channel and a website where they update everything regularly. I was at Disney World twice recently in March and November 2019 and even in those 9 months, the veggie options seemed to have improved greatly. I really hope he manages to enjoy a trip there - he’ll be well prepared after watching all these vlogs!

the Polynesian is one of my favorite places to eat. Gainesville makes Disney a day trip and I have enjpyed the restaurant without spending the day in the park on severl occasions. Good video!

Even with construction that is an amazing resort. I actually proposed to my fiance' on that beach after watching "Wishes"(even though we were staying at POP!). She's now my wife of ten years😁

The purple lei is so pretty. The Poly is a bucket list resort for me! Love tiki culture and dole whips and the style of this resort. I hope they bring back Duffy and friends stuff. I saw the Olu Mel but I love Gelatoni stuff. The pool is a great part of the stay especially with a slide. Fun video, Jackie!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay at the Polynesian Resort my late husband and I were down in September of 2019 and we stayed in Fuji building we enjoyed it as well.

You are too cute! That shower looks fantastic. I like that the drain is more off to the side. The view from the room is so beautiful. At least you went on the volcano slide, but glad you were able to go to the other, much less crowded, pool. Seems like a you really had great time 👍
We stayed at the Polynesian Resort in 1983 and plan on staying there again in 2022.
Glad the refurbishing is happening now and not next year.

In the Grand Ceremonial House, I still miss the old waterfall and the macaws but it is so beautiful. This entire resort is just the epitome of a vacation!
I LOVE electrical water pageant because it gives me all the vibes and feels of the MainStreet electrical parade that I miss SO MUCH 😭❤

It’s because they will lose the points otherwise as they expire. So it’s either completely lose the points and no one gets them, or kindly let someone else use them and then I can share it with the family and everyone else too!! I think it’s so kind and generous and I’m incredibly grateful! I wouldn’t be able to stay at or document these places otherwise. 💕💕💕

We are DVC members since 1995. We stayed at Polynesian in 1986 for our honeymoon and we are staying there for our 35th wedding Anniversary at the end of May. I love love love your videos!!🌴❤️

Thank you for doing this video! My family and I ate at the Ohana the last time we were in WDW. We walked around the resort. I have always been curious what the rooms are like. The view from your room was wonderful. It would be perfect for watching the Magic Kingdom fireworks ( post COVID).

My family and I stayed there the week prior to WDW closing last March and I appreciate your enthusiasm and I am reliving that last week of sanity through this and your other vlogs.
I didn't tear up though until I saw those meatballs...I got them every day..best quick service meal outside of satuuli.
Also spikey pineapples from the pool bar (dole whip with spiced rum). Great resort and great vlog. Thank you!
