You shouldn't ignore the Defense Down inflicted by the Seltas, it makes the Queen's attacks hit even harder, and that's not fun...Try to dismount Seltas as soon as possible, their combined attacks are nuts and will cause alot of trouble. Both of them are weakest to Fire. Pitfall Traps won't work when Seltas is perched on top, he pulls her right out!(Which is an amazing feat in and of itself...)Beware when she releases the pheromone, too, it will inflict Stench, which you need Deodorant to get rid of. Oh yeah, try and wear down the Queen's stamina, then watch what happens the next time she calls the male...
@@tiellimilin6622 Attacks that reach high enough (Switch Axe, Charge Blade in Axe mode, Insect Glaive, Prowler boomerangs, or any Gunner setup.) will hit Seltas and eventually knock it off. Aerial Style in general is practically made for this! Grounding it with a Flash Bomb will delay it long enough to prevent the Queen from calling it over, too! The best way to keep them apart is to debilitate the other one way or another as much as possible.

This is a pretty cool monster. I feel like we haven’t seen monsters with “skeletons” like seltas Queen in a while.
I think seltas Queen is the most unique rig/skeleton
