It's not difficult._ Question everything, especially suprises. Don't just accept good things, that's how mice get caught in a mouse trap.

Y’know, this comic is an extremely accurate portrayal of abusers. They do an unbelievable job of winning everyone over to their side since they’re professional manipulators, they even make *you* think you’re in the wrong and they’re in the right even when you’re the one clearly being abused, this is so scarily accurate.
This manga points to your eyes and says that "forgive those who betrayed you but never make the mistake of trusting them again" Her trying to make his life hell is no less painful than a betrayal.
What's impressive about this is how near the end you're almost sympathizing with her, hoping for a good ending, thinking she was misunderstood, despite having literally saw how she was at the beginning basically being a crazy stalker. Kudos to her acting ability and how she can manipulate him so effectively

Actually tbh, the buzzing was from the cicada, we can see in the manga that there's normally a cicada buzzing, which indicates summer in Japan, and at the very end we see the cicada caught by the sparrow about to meet it's untimely demise, still buzzing all the while...so probably still a bad end

What made up his guilt was the fact that he never truly cared about the reason why she does all of that, aka never trully cared for her or her feelings. The thing that broke him was that the reason for her doing all of that was simple, and he could have fixed that if he cared enough to know about that.
