Hello SoulfulT. Food looks delicious. I'm going to have to try the roasted chicken. I have a question though. DOES COMPLETE SEASONING BOTHER ANYONES STOMACH? I have gastric reflux so maybe that's why it bothers mine. I have tried using it several times and each time I have issues. I must try that seafood Mac soon. WHERE AND HOW IS TIA?? HAVEN'T SAW VIDEO FROM her in weeks. I pray she is ok.OK. Hope you all enjoyed the Fri meal. 🤗

I love watching you cook....even though I can no longer tolerate certain smells since testing positive for covid back in 2020. I actually mourn the loss from my altered sense of smell, like the rest of us who've been left with "parosmia". I never got really sick from covid or anything, and it took me awhile to figure out the "smell" that I had never smelled before, but it hasn't gone away. I still like remembering the scent of onions and garlic though!
Wow! You deserve to get social security income because it altered your life. I never got tested but I know I had it twice. The first time I was sick like never before in my life. But only had the symptoms 4 days. The second time I couldn't taste anything on my tongue for about 3 weeks. That's when I realized you can taste from your cheeks. I remember having a big juicy burger and moving it to my cheek every time I took a bite. I'm sorry this happened to you but don't lose hope that it can't go away. Law of attraction is more powerful than you think!

No disrespect intended, but I've tried to follow two of your videos. Very difficult to follow, you stumble over your directions and leave things out. I have no idea how you cooked your shrimp and scallops, how much 'krab' you used or what spices you used and how much, in any of the dishes. Very frustrating. I did learn how to season my cabbage better, but will have to play with amounts, and guess which spices other than Knorr chicken flavored bouillon you used. A bit of onion and garlic powders I assume. Anyway, I liked you ideas of how to season the chicken, mac and cheese, and cabbage, but I don't have a clue how much to use.
