I have a bachelor degree in statistics from Nigeria I am applying for advance diploma in international business nova Scotia community college I into business man for 4year now I am afraid I might have visa issue because I have a bsc and I applied for an advance diploma Although I am a business man now I'm pursuing International Business to gain more knowledge. I would have applied for a PGD but nova Scotia community college those not offer post graduate programs in business. I picked the school because of it cheap tuition fee and always I think the province standard of living is not to expensive. Kindly advise me
With your case, there is NO education progression. Nevertheless, we have seen some exceptions where applicants Visa were approved of such. There is nothing impossible. Best of luck.

Next step is for you to book for the Medical, they will give you a slip after the Medical Examination. You need to forward the slip to IRCC via Webform or Email so they can update your medical exam.

If you do an Upfront Medical, there is nothing like chances, your application would follow the normal process. But if after submitting your application without an upfront medical, the Visa Officer requested for your Medical, it means your Application has already been approved, they just need your medical result to finalize your PPR.
