Selena’s quote for starting at low end in Dorridge £700-850,000 is way over the top. If this house is asking £850,000, in my opinion not worth it. Just seen couple houses on Rightmove ,better layout and much bigger inside & out.

The garage is too small. You cannot park a car there, you can only use it as a storeroom. You have to park your car on the driveway which is not very nice in winter.
