Video is too long so here are the nuts and bolts: Do this for 12 days- People who exercise need a little more water than others Don’t drink more than 5-6 liters it’s dangerous Water should be drunk while sitting and slowly. Use a glass 1-1.5 glasses of water at a time so your kidneys can process it Cold water hardens food and can increase constipation. Only drink room temp water. Don’t drink a glass of water before or after eating. One hour before or one after after is best. Don’t drink too much before bed. It’s bad After urinating wait 15 mins before consuming more water to protect the kidneys If eating fruit or vegetables don’t drink water. Don’t drink water after consuming soup or hot liquids it will ruin your teeth. Best to drink water in the morning on an empty stomach. 1-2 glasses and wait one hour before eating. Maintain water consumption every hour to get all your water. During exercise only drink 3 sips. One glass after working out. Do this for 12 days and you’ll see good results
