I’m a daughter of Changó as of recently and I knew of Oya & Ochun but learned about Obba & I am so happy to learn about her and it’s very ironic that I am deaf in my left ear from meningitis and she fed her ear to Changó. I wonder if this is why I’m so drawn to her😂 🤍❤️🩵🩷

I dont know why but i really love obba..what saint represents her? Also can you go over the story when she worked with yemaya? I also love she taught her people how to read and write.shes so feminine, intelligent, loves nature and is a powerful warrior. How can u not love and respect her.

Bendiciones. What an amazing orisha. I have heard of her but she is rarely mentioned here in Hialeah. She is overlooked in the Cuban Ifa, Lucumi/Santeria, so very little is known of her. I walk with Oya but I call on Obba now for peace
My crown is Obba Shabo 🥰 she was the second guess when I found out she was my guardian angel. I think my favorite parts about her are her roles as a teacher, a war strategist, and a metal worker because often she gets reduced to the story of the ear when she made so many contributions to the world outside of what was expected of women

Wasn't Oshun married to Shango as well along with Oba and Oya?
Oshun was the one who tricked Oba into cutting off her ear.
On what odu do you base this statement?
@@JosephBabaIfacan you offer the odu that says it was Oya. I was speaking to a child of Oya today that said the same thing as the persons comment. But I did not have a reference to give a better explanation that it was Oya and not Oshun.
@@ChildofObba If Oshun betrayed Obba why do some lineages crown Oshun to the children of Obba, all of the Odus have been mentioned in the video
