Chinese New Year Liverpool 2025

This years Chinese New Year in Liverpool's China town. This yer is the Year of the Snake. we see the lion dance parade around the streets of China town along with the Dragon visiting local business and homes to bring them luck. In the video there is a short time-lapse as well as some drone footage.

Its Chinese New Year and has always been remembered as such, not Lunar New Year, Losar, Seollal, Tết Nguyên Đán, Tsagaan Sar or whatever cultural appropriations. That is why these lions don't dance in front of Korean and Vietnamese restuarants.
