That's so funny that I was saying that you need to get a DRAGY at the start of the video. My last 2 videos of DARK KNIGHT was with the DRAGY and in video it does a overlay of the performance data and the DRAGY shows G forces and has a full graft that shows speed, time, distance, G force , elevation and slope. I'm starting a clutch tuning and may get a CVTECH clutch because it's about half the weight of a Polaris clutch.
I had stage 3. Was a lot more stout. But still jumpy and clutch ended up binging up. Had to get whole clutch primary secondary replaced. I reached out to them and got very little feedback. And seemed like there was no willingness to help. Ended up going with rng and replacing everything. Not as stout but def smooth as butter.
That's unfortunate, we try to help every customer out! I’m not sure about your situation brother. I wish I would have known as well as wish you lived close enough that we could have gotten our hands on it and made sure everything was right. Our clutch kits work awesome and when installed correctly, they perform Great! I ride almost every single weekend and never have issues with clutching
awesome video brother im bout to the point with like a couple month between each i can start doing a little up grading to my 2023 950 HO sport. i want 32 tires stage 3 clutch and a tune but i will have to get them one at a time just wandering what would be best to start with to maintain best performance and drivability between up grades. thanks
I have a 2024 uforce 1000 alpine. Stock wheels and tires. What clutch kit do you recommend for riding trails and around the farm for work. A deer hunter for 3-4 months. Thanks, Steve.
Can you talk about the road helix? I can’t find anything about it, and how it compares to the trail helix. Which I currently have the trail. thanks good video!
So i think the best bet is to buy stage 3 and only use what i need while i up date stuff on my 24 zforce sport 950. Then im not buying each kit individually. Can you dona stage 2 with stock tires?
We design the secondary springs with different tensions or spring rates from the B1 position.. when using anything other than B1 it changes the tension and there are very few circumstances where we recommend that. But for instance if you used our stage 2 spring and clocked it at B2 it would be kinda like lower gearing it
@@RealTalkPowersports I installed your stage 3 trail kit on my CForce 1000 and didn't see the note at the bottom of the directions saying B 1 and clocked it to B 2. Runs great and still gets over 70 mph. Is it worth pulling back apart to use B 1 as recommended?
Well i sure didn't have the results you guys did, spent a whole day messaging your clutch kit builder back and forth and still have low top speed/burning smell coming from the belt. Even though the builder did say i did everything correctly after sending tons of pictures and trying different things. Either way i am gonna cut my lost (well over 700$ Canadian) and buy one of your competitors kit. And i work as a diesel mechanic and have installed dozens of clutch kits so i ain't new to this stuff.
Brother I’m sorry you are experiencing what you say you have experienced. But you can see that I filmed the whole process and showed everything.. and the positive results I got should be what everyone experiences. Yes they can vary based upon tires and accessories. But the results nonetheless should be very positive. Every kit that we install in house leaves with a Very happy customer no matter the unit. Only time we ever have had genuine issues was due to an improper installation. Or the customer had a preexisting issue not related to the Kit itself
@RealTalkPowersports this is a brand new machine and the guy that builds the kits "Ville i think his name was" confirmed everything was the way it should be. Zero issues before installing the kit so no idea what to tell you.
@searles400 honestly i probably should since they don't back up their product but it's not my style to bash people i just wish they would of acknowledged the issue instead of blaming the install that was confirmed to be correct by the guy that builds and designs these kits for them.
I had Team MSC install my stage 3 not too long ago. I am now having issues getting it in and out of gear. It really is a pain in the ass. I haven’t called them to discuss yet. Someone has confirmed the issue is definitely the clutch.
One of 2 things could be going on here.. your clutch bearing is bad and causing the clutch to pull and not allow it to shift.. or your shifter linkage is out of adjustment just a tad bit.
Do the CFMOTO have shims to aline the clutch? On the Polaris the bearing in the primary or out of alignment is the 2 main thing that causes hard shifting. Clutch sticking is another one but more common on one that's high mileage.
@ not sure. I honestly didn’t even see the clutch before they installed. When you say “hard” shifting, are you referring to a loud noise when the clutch does engage? Mine doesn’t do that, but it is a struggle to get in and out of gear.
@@RealTalkPowersports I have hardly any use since I did the modifications to my machine. So if it is a bad bearing, I am guessing it was bad from the beginning. Since I am several hours away from you guys, I may have a good local mechanic take a peek and see if he can diagnose for me. It is just not what I was expecting, and certainly shouldn’t be this hard to get in and out of gear. Starting to make me not like the machine.
Great visual on the clutch assembly. Best I have seen. Good job Blake.
I'm glad you found the video helpful brother
Blake, YOU ARE THE MAN, Brother
Thanks brother
Great video the distance on the 0-50 was really more shocking then the time to me. Put that time in perspective!
Yes that’s a good point bro

With stock tires what results do you think you would see with a stage III clutch kit?
That is a awesome clutch kit
Yes sir it is
Can you do a video on the c force 600?
Yes sir I plan to do it and all the other models on their own videos
I have a 2024 Uforce 1000 alpine. I drove a 2025 and I fell in love! What is the best clutch for my model to make it les jerky
I’d recommend this MSC stage 3 clutch kit

Does it void the warranty to change with the clutch kit?

For 32 tires, first with clutch kit and then tune👍🏻
Great video. You should be more selective on the people you let make cameos in your videos . That character had a face for radio! Lol
😆🤪
Rob needs to be in more videos!!!
Is the u10 pro easier to get to? Or they about the same?
Its not too bad
Blake uforce 1000 xl what would you recommend for a muddy clutch kit? Also good video.
Thank you!! And I would recommend the Team MSC stage 3 Mud clutch kit for it

I’ll try and do something on that soon

Can you do the same video on the 600 500 400 cfmoto cforce.
Yes sir! I plan to.. it will take a while to work them in but that is the gameplan

I ask if I buy the exhaust again this time if you send them to me?
Do 500 c force come in touring or does it only start at 600?Sorry not ? To this video but watch um all👍
Want to know if it's worth the $ for the Segway villain 1000 investing ECU tune stage 3 clutch kit and the JCW muffler how much power will I cain.
You were in normal the first one then work for some of the other ones.. how much do the modes change it or does that matter?
How do we get our official TEAM MSC clutch kit school diplomas?
😆😂😂

My sxs with it stock gears top speed is 58/60 topped out at 6800 /7000 rpm
How many videos are yall going to do on the 1000?!😂
Yall have really none on the 600 uforce!!
What are you wanting to see on the 600?
Also plan to do this same style video on the U600

I am not bashing at all. I just want it to run better, and not have to wrestle every time with getting it in gear, neutral, reverse, etc.

How much is the machine…and how much are the parts… I ain’t paying 20g 4 a China made sorry…
The uforce 1000 has an MSRP of $13,500
the 1/8 mile time is faster bone stock than stage 1, 2 , and 3, so spending money for a slower time makes absolutely no sense at all
Clutch kit isnt about speed
