- In today's video, I am sharing our birth vlog. The plan was to capture a lot more than we did, but things took a turn this day. We unexpectedly went in for an induction at 37 weeks and had quite the labor and delivery experience. We captured what we could!

Congrats Lindsey! I remember commenting on your first pregnancy video and letting you know I was expecting the same week as you in December! My little girl also decided to come early at 38 wks +4. God had different plans and that's ok! I hope all is well and looking forward to seeing our little girls grow up 💜

Crying bc I know that moment when you can tell you need to get baby out NOW. my son got stuck and was going into shock, I had to bare down with ALL MY MIGHT and get him out. He came out not breathing well, cord wrapped around his neck and not crying. I immediately started freaking out then I finally heard that beautiful little cry..
This had me sobbing for sure. Congratulations you guys. You did amazing.

Congratulations guys my son was in special care for 3 months when I had him at 26 weeks he was 2lb 5oz and he’s just turned 28 on the 5th December he’s wheelchair bound and very happy take care xxx

How much did she weigh when she was born? If you don’t mind me asking we’re currently 35 weeks and they want to induce us early because she’s smaller than expected
Congratulations on the beautiful baby! I see this is your 1st and you had to be induced. I've had 3 babies and the 1st 2 I too had to be induced as well. I was only 18 w/ my 1st, so I was a bit naive, so I didn't know that being induced changes the pain levels of your contractions severely. My 3rd she came on her own. The differences Between that 1 and my 1st 2 were like night and day. I had to get an epidural with my 1st 2 because of the pain but with my 3rd I didn't even Have any pain medicine. If I'd had known @ the time I don't think I'd have been so quick to get induced. It may just be me but I think doctors should be upfront about it and then give them the choice. So maybe if you have another baby on down the line, you'll be lucky enough to not have to be induced so it'll make things much easier on you. Congrats again!!!
I hope I won’t have to again! Would love to go into labor naturally. That is crazy that the pain is much worse with induction…I have never really heard that!

Yes - labor can start long before your water breaks!
