- In this video I am sharing the story of the way we experienced God's presence during Sage's birth. This is a Trisomy 18 labor and delivery story. My baby born on June 13 2020 34 weeks I got emergency c cection..she born with Edward syndrome trysome 18 ..she pass away in January 19 2021 she was 7 months

She is just precious. I am currently 17 weeks with trisomy 13. Dr said it’s the worse one out of trisomy 21&18😢
Husband and I are devastated. We decided to carry to term. Not because we are hoping for a miracle, but because he’s my son and we love Jim already.

Only just found this story and it’s December 2023 I noticed no one commented on your story, I hope you got your miracle as the owner of this Chanel did, I’m in the uk and have 3 grown up kids but I’d never heard of this heart breaking condition till one day it came up on my UA-cam, you not getting any one comment on your story hit me hard so sending my love to you and your family even if a little late xx

الحين انا أنجبت بنتي مصابه بهذا المرض بعدما انتصرت ٧ سنه انتضار والمحزن انني لم اعد اتحمل معانات بنتي لهذا المرض وهي تتألم ابغا انهار والحين هي عل الأوكسجين طول الوقت لانستطيع الخروج ابدا خارج المنزل فقط للمراجعه مع دكتور وهي الحين عمرها ٥ شهر لايزيد وزنها ابدا من ساعه ولادتها

You are so brave mama! I understand you 100 percent! My first born came out not breathing, and purple, they resuscitated her and she started breathing instantly! She was a miracle baby! It was so nerve wracking but it is a blessing! You are so brave mama! ❤️

I found your birth story on UA-cam first and went back to watch the previous video on Sage’s diagnosis. You and Hayden are so sensible and have made tough decisions on your journey. I am 33 weeks pregnant with my 1st child at 43 and he has Trisomy 18. As I get closer to delivery I am getting scared and anxious. Just checking other experiences for some guidance. Thank you for sharing.

@@emmaspringer201 I ended up having to have an emergency C-section at 37 weeks and 6 days on June 21, 2022 because my little Garrison's heart rate started dropping. By the time they got him delivered he was already sleeping in the arms of the Lord. He is now my precious angel. We are having his service this Saturday, July 16, 2022. Prayers are appreciated, this is the hardest thing I have ever been through and my heart is broken.
@@gaylatackett deepest condolences to you. My best friend lost her daughter to T18 one day prior to C-section in 2008 (she knew in advance this might happen, but after making it to 38 weeks she was really hoping for at least one precious hour or two)… I know it’s only been 6 months for you and I hope you are starting to heal a little bit at least. Sending good thoughts your way.

Our story started out very similar with our daughter, Aleah. 14 years later I can't even explain in a few words the hard but beautiful things God has taught me through this journey. 💗 Thank you for sharing this story and giving people the hope that God is with us, no matter the outcome.
What's the pda? It's open at birth but closes? Why or how does it keep her alive?
Thank you for sharing your miracle. My daughter and son-in-law just found out their baby boy has trisomy 18 and it’s been devastating news for us. This is my daughter and son-in-laws first pregnancy and my first grand child. At the specialist the ultrasound showed a smaller leg a heart condition a shortened lower jaw and tumors on the brain. I know God can heal if it’s his will and I truly believe he guided me to your channel. Your story has gave me peace to a certain extent and I shared it to my daughter and I pray it comforts her as well. Again, thank you for sharing and God Bless you sweetheart!

Every baby is a gift but int his & many other situations parents must have a choice! Many people choose to birth the baby & some live a lot longer than doctors predict. Others choose not to put their very ill baby thru the trauma of nicu. Each choice is so personal!
I just watched your video and I'm not anyone that would ever judge but do you know about all of the side effects of cytotec?
No, I do not. It was used to induce labor, which it did. I was given it at the recommendation of my doctor.
I’m shocked that they don’t give a baby with a heartbeat more than just comfort care at least oxygen I would think

The dilemma is that due to the DNR order she was not given oxygen or attempts to assist her breathing, on top of her existing problems she could suffer from anoxic brain injury, hopefully not.
I do not get why they did not try to resuscitate her? Nevertheless truly a miracle and she is beautiful !!
Omg why didn't your doctor do a c section? On your high risk pregnancy the pitocin should have been started when you first got to the hospital oh I'm so glad that you did ok that's all I am going to say because I'm not a doctor please look up cytotec Teresa Robertson RN
If you watch the video you’ll see that Sage was delivered by cesarean. I was already having contractions when I arrived to the hospital so Cervidil/Cytotec was given to start progressing my cervix before increasing the contractions.
