My Ash was my everything for 16yrs. She was a rescue from the jaws of the neighbors puppy. First thing she did was climb in our fireplace and get covered with ashes. I pulled her out and she went right back, day after day she did this. Finally she came out and was by my side ever since. I put her down after 16yrs of LOVE. I will never be the same after her. She changed my life for the better. When I was MAD, she calmed me. When I was full of doubt she comforted me. Cats are amazing creatures. Love them.

Life without animals is empty.
I rescued one a couple of months ago and she absolutely loves me. Looks in my eyes, crawls into my lap, sleeps right next to me. I love her and would not part with her for any amount of money. One of the best things that has ever happened to me is her coming into my home. My life.

Believe it or not, my cat taught me a lot about love. When I rescued her she fit in the palm of my hand. She passed away 4 years ago at 19. I miss her a lot. There's nothing quite like a cat that loves you. They are sensitive, highly intelligent, deeply loving creatures. You will never know until you own one. You are their everything. You are in for many years of love and fun. Haru will adore you for as long as he is alive. Good luck! Thanks for rescuing him! 👍❤

Haru is a little cutie with a lot to say. He’s totally bonded with you and loves you. He is yours forever.
My rescued stray kitty, January, was an adult when I brought him in from the icy cold. He stayed under a chair in my bedroom for 3 weeks while I brought him food and water regularly. When he regained his strength and came out he was all over me. 5 years later I call him "Glue" because he's STUCK to me, constantly. We love each other very much. I don't know how old he is but he acts like a playful, curious kitten with me. Every night he snuggles up next to me and purrs himself ( and me ) to sleep. Thank you for rescuing that sweet little baby!
Extra respect to you for taking in an adult cat, so many are left behind at shelters in favor of kittens.

My son’s cat was around this age when we first got him. He was so young, he couldn’t eat much, so I would spoon feed him milk and the kitten would suck on the spoon. Now Rex is eleven years old and very loyal and loving. I can’t imagine life without him. ❤

My wife and I have rescued 3 cats over a 4 yr period . To watch them go from starving non trusting frightened animals to beautiful loving trusting gifts from God we couldn't live with out is beyond belief. God bless you for what you have done for this sweet little creature. You have earned your place in heaven.
Poor baby, he needed a bottle. Bless you for loving him. I saved 4, 3 week old kittens and bottle fed every 4 hours till they were 7 weeks. Took another 4 to wean them, with one who refused to give up his bottle!
They went to work with me daily at a university and thank God, my students did the mid day feeding! It was the best thing I have ever done! They grew to happy healthy cats and lived long lives. A truly joyful time with kittens in the house 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
They deserve the very best. My cat is treated like a Queen. We got her from a shelter she was 5 months old now she is 10 yrs we love her more & more each day ❤

I wish I could afford to get one now, but I live in an assisted living facility & I would have to pay $1,000 pet fee & move to a different place here, which I can't do. I'm sorry for your loss. My Mom cherishes her very elderly kitty where she lives in independent living. She had 2, sisters, but one passed away while she was preparing to move. I can't imagine making someone give up their loved pet, as well as about 98% of the things they have accumulated. I hope you are comfortable where you live.

interesting how cats all have their own personalities. When we brought our kitten home, it was actually much bigger than this one. But she had so much confidence that whilst I was bringing in her toys and setting up her litterbox, she actually managed to force her way out of the cat carrier by opening the zip. She cried out and then once I was with her, she took me on a tour of the house to check out every nook and cranny. Just made herself feel at home straightaway.

How beautiful! I came home one evening in April to find two screaming kittens in my backyard, how they got there I will never know, they were only two weeks old and could barely walk. I could hold both of them in one hand. Bottle fed and cared for them. They are now 9 months old and the sweetest cats I've ever had. I also have two Pomeranians and the female took over like a mom, washing them and watching their every move. I'll never know where they came from, but it was like God dropped them in and said, here would you take care of these for me?? I wish every human would be kind to all animals, and people. The world would be a better place.
I ended up with my best pal that way. There he was, how did he get there? Been mine almost 9 years. He had just hit his full height but he hadn't filled out yet. A very healthy and handsome longhaired dachshund, red in color and charming in terperament and someone dumped him. He's the size of a big kitty and loves to cuddle but I haven't been able to get him to purr, yet.
