This is one of the best video tutorials I have seen, without a lot of "blah, blah, blah" and getting down to the necessary instructions and assembly of the flower. Thank you very much. I appreciate your knowledge and professionalism.
This was the first paper flower UA-cam I was able to follow step by step and make a successful beautiful flower on the first try!! I literally share this video with everyone who has an interest in crafting! Thank you, sweet red poppy!!!
I absolutely love this tutorial. My daughter wants these for her wedding backdrop. I was going to purchase them and then I came across your video. I will have more pleasure in making them myself for her special day. Thank you so much for sharing. 😍
You’re presentations are SO easy to follow and simply polished. Thanks for the SVG as well. One thought when trying to keep your 2-3 sheets of paper “straight” while cutting. About 2-3 little strips of painter’s tape will assist in keeping them aligned. They can be placed in a scrap areas at the edges so as not to ruin your project pieces. Just a thought…thanks!
Excellent video and tutorial thank you!! I have wanted someone to explain things so clearly and you did a wonderful job! I will try this for my church display for Easter!!
We just used this tutorial to make a giant flower collage out of k-4 art papers. It was a nice way to display the work without overwhelming the whole area. Thank you!
These are beautiful!!! I need to find a spot to put a bunch. Stunning display. Thanks so much for sharing your tutorial. Off to Michaels I go for supplies....and buy myself a Cricut.
I used your tutorial a few months ago. I made the flowers for my office decor. Some people think I purchased them from Hobby Lobby. Thanks for this tutorial.
Thank you so much! I thoroughly enjoyed your video and was able to follow along better than any other video I have watched! I really love the idea of a wall of those in my studio! Again thank you!!
Thank you so much for this tutorial it was easy to understand and simple. Now lets see if I can make some and it be simple for me. Ha Ha Ha . Thank you again. I like how you started out with what supplies we will need.
If you're having trouble handling multiple sheets of cardstock while cutting, you can staple them together on the outside. Opposite corners or along one side. That way you'll only be handling slipping sheets at the end of the cut. Thanks for the great tutorial! Now I'll need to find gold glitter cardstock :-)
Thank you soooo much for sharing! I downloaded your pattern.... watching with love from Philippines 🇵🇭 Im going to make this lovely flowers for my clients daughter’s birthday party.
Hi Hun is there any chance you can send me screenshots of the templates or send them over email or something I can’t find them I would really appreciate the help x
Beautiful flowers! I was a bit confused in parts. Was the wire for hanging the flower? How will the flower lay flat against the wall if the wire is attached to the cake plate? If one has no wire it seems like one could put many flowers on the wall. Being that I don’t know how to make the flowers lsn’t it hard to get all of the flowers together with all of the wires on the cake plate. Your work is lively! Cheers!
I love this tutorial! Thanks for sharing I’m starting to plan my daughters first birthday party and want to make these for decorations. For the larger size flowers how many petals did you use?!
Amazing! If you were going to make one of the biggest size flowers on the wall (like the dark red one) how many petals would you need? And do you use the same size cake plate? Or bigger?
I know this is completely random and not the videos you usually do... but ur hair is so gorgeous! The curls are PERFECT and it lays down so well! Please do a hair tutorial.
Really awesome flowers..... i always imagine how it will be made and your video revealed the details. Thanks for the video. Can you please let me know how much cardstock like sheets needed for one flower?
Love this! Made my "own" version earlier today...I put the link to your video in my post on FB!! Thank you for sharing such an awesome project!! I love them! I cannot wait to make more!
thank you so much for this tutorial! I am going to decorate my daughter's 1st birthday party in a shabby chic theme ( pale pink's, nude beige's, white or off-white, and a dark royal blue or dark green-blue ). I am also making tons of paper flowers to hang and sit on tables. I have never done anything myself I always buy any decorations I need but I thought I would give it a try! I am also making her highchair skirt and banner as well as her fabric tutu myself! Everything I make will double as her photoshoot props if my photographer does not have what I am looking for... ALSO- I was thinking if anyone is going to make these and they don't like the cake plate color they can take the cardstock and cut it to fit so it will match seamlessly. that is exactly what I would end up doing because of my OCD
