I honestly Love your videos, there is no other UA-cam that I've found that explains so well! Your videos are really helpful as a new glass painter and its really fun to watch!
Hi thank you so SO much!! being new to the whole youtube thing, I'm often quite worried my tutorials might not be so effective, but thank you so much for affirming me! That def helps me alot & encourages me to make more videos! 🥺🤎
this is so helpful !! thank you so much omg,, if you don't mind, can I request a tutorial on how to mix colors for glass paintings? especially skin tones and the shadows !! thank you xx
Hello, I hope the video helps! 😁🙌🏼 Correct me if I misunderstood it, but do you mean the pictures of my arts in IG that I put in the video? And as for entering the challenge, you just need to use #OmbreOnGlassChallenge on Instagram so I can find it! 🤎
Sis i really love seeing you painting it looks so calming for me 😂 i alwys thought tht hving the ombre for glass painting can make the painting looks a lot more beautiful and then ur vid cameeee Thank you
LYKAAAAAAA BESTIEEEEE You looked very very pretty my love. Thank you for the tips! I’m thinking of taking on the challenge pero....i don’t wanna post it on my account 😭 but we shall see. Anyways, THANKS FOR THE VIDEO! (: love you bye bye

Amaing tips thankyou!!💕💕 How did you fix the nose without destroying the ombré background? Also, can you please make a video about how to paint the shadows? I'm struggling with it😭
Hi, I was gonna include that but I didn't want the video to be super long! I basically just waited for the painting to dry, then I sliced & scraped using an x-acto. I basically added the details back in again after ☺️
your video are always helpful. I'm waiting for your next video! If you don't mind, can you make a video about how to choose colors for shadow? or maybe for skin tone? I'm struggling with it :( thank you so much btw for your explanation! you explains well
To help a little bit with that. Mix red, blue and yellow in the same quantity until you get brown and then add white? Or skip the mixing part and add white to brown paint. I always check colors ans swap it on a separate paper (I always print out a paper with the colors needed) Hope it help a little :)
thank you for this tutorial! ive been looking for one on doing ombre on glass paintings for forever! im using the third technique you talked about on a glass painting of jolyne from jojo and i rly like how its turning out. :) also could you make a video how to mix paint colors, specifically skin tones?
that's awesome 👌 .. i do some glass painting but i always had problems with the white colour 😭 it cracks every time when it's dry 😭😭can you give me some tricks to avoid cracks in the colours after drying?
This is helpful for me bc I was just trying how to blend a few days ago and it doesnt look good lmao I wanna learn about the brushes you used tho. Im kinda new so I used whatever and I wanna use them properly to creat this transition. Thank you!
I would recommend using the same brush types I used on the video! I find that the brand doesn't really matter as long as it's not those very very poor quality ones that breaks easily! 🙌🏼
There are your many artworks that are related to Japanese style. Some of them are good. But you are in Canada now, do you want to go to Japan for work in the future?
I saw an hawk glass painting he's from MHA and it glass painting with glitters I hope you make a video tutorial on how to make glass painting with glitter and can you please include how you made the glitter paint
I think i saw someone doing it, you just need to put a layer of transparent glittery paint, wait that it dries and put another layer of the paint you want behind! or if you direcly have pant with glitters in it you can use that in the same way as normal paint :D
Hi from Paris ! First of all , thanks for your video, very very interesting ! I would like to ask , first , where do you find your image ? ( Just Google ? Is it possible for you to share them ? ) And , as a totally new begging ( I'm Waiting for my stuff ) what will you suggest for first try ? What anime or model ? Thank you !!
HIII I HAVE A QUESTION!!! Do you know how to get bubbles out of a glass painting you've already finished? For me it only happens when I do white....thank you.
Hi, sorry to hear that... Unfortunately, I haven't found a solution to it yet aside from slicing the paint, scraping it, & completely starting over that part. My previous video teaches you ways to avoid it though so I would recommend watching it!
I found a better way to do a gradient. by using a airbrush but not everyone has one so this video is still super helpful tho you need to tape off parts that u havnt painted yet so the airbrush dosnt get on those areas u dont want it to
OMGGG you know at the end of the video? where I zoomed in gojo? I actually said "ryoiki tenkai" after it but i decided to not include it in the final cut 😆
Hello sweetie ♥️ we miss you, I have a question if you don't mind. I'm trying to paint on glass and I used alcohol based marker but after I colored it, the marker lines disappeared, can you help me please?🥺💖
I have a question, if you’re doing a small business of anime glass paintings, how do you make copies of them? You can’t just paint the same thing over and over again so how?
You can't. You'll have to make each from scractch. It'll be quite challenging, but it is the beauty of handmade, each piece will be unique! Other than that, if you do have a Cricut though, you could look into printing the outlines alone for copies. But painting it will still be something you need to do yourself each time 👍🏼
@@bacalalyka thank you! I have purchased the sharpie one and at first it was a bit difficult cause it felt different, but once I got the hang of it Was great! ❤️❤️❤️
I haven't tried that personally but I believe sponging may create a thin layer and may affect the outlines due to the bigger area it may cover. It may work though... I would suggest trying it out on a scrap glass ☺️
AHH this is so helpful!! i seriously appreciate how detailed each explanation was and i’m definitely wanting to use more ombrés in my work now!! THANK YOU LYKA!🤍🤍

Try using the green painters tape instead of masking!! You should have less bleeds

Can this work on clear acrylic as well
What paint do u use btw?
what abt flowers on glass paintings like not painted flowers but more like a resin looking flower thingy idk if im even explaining myself right haha
Oh man how do you get such clean fine details? My lines look so fat nd wibbly when I try to do detail!
All my tips are in this video if you'd like to check it out ua-cam.com/video/Py4tMmLGRO8/v-deo.html 😁
please make a video blending character's skin shade. Kinda like that of Gwenpool. Her face kinda looks like it has a blush for the middle shade.
Same technique applies! I use/mix up those three techniques to achieve results I want. Of course, I just change up the colours I need ☺️
What did you use to clean up the front black square line?
Can we use a crafting knife instead of a exacto knife? and what type of glass do you use?

Can you tell me how to mix colours and what we need

Don’t use alcohol based, use oil based. You can buy oil based sharpie paint markers in a variety of widths and colors online or at hobby lobby

I used Artistro in this one just because I ran out of the ones I typically use (Craftsmart & Sharpie Paint Pen -which I recommend better)

God I'm so scared to do this because the character that I want to do has red eyes and it blends with other shades of red😭
How did you fix his nose?😭😭
sorry but where i can find that design?
It's an original layout I personally designed ☺️
would sponging work?

8x10 Glass from Picture Frames!
