Hi Atty AL. New subscriber here po, I just want to ask po, I am a former government employee, I obtained a loan from lending/insurance agency, unfortunately I was dismissed from the service, now I am claiming my leave credits Atty.
My question is, pwede bang e charged ng lending agency ung receivables ko?

Hi sir. Thank you for subscribing. Did you sign a paper giving the lending company authority to collect your receivables from your office, like salary and benefits? If yes, was it acknowledged by your office? If tye answer is also yes, pwede po makuha ng lending company ang receivables ninyo. If walang ganung papeles, then hindi pwede makuha ng lending company yung mga benefits ninyo. Check your contract and other papers na pinirmahan nyo kung may authority ba kayong binigay dun sa lending company.

In that case po, hindi nila pwede kunin yung receivables. Sabihan nyo po yung company nyo about it para di nila marelease sa lending company yun. Otherwise, liable sila sa inyo.
