it made me do all those things, but it also made me laugh more each time i watched it. every time i watch it i get more of the subtle jokes. but maybe it's just me because i love to write. this movie is a masterpeice!
i disagree, its a SUPER trailer because it gives nothing at all away, unlike most trailers these days. the film is 50 times better than the trailer, but i think the trailer teases enough to generate interest.
definitley one of my favourite movies the trailer can throw you off but there's definitely a unique feel to the movie in the spirit of independent features and what HAL HARTLEY has come to carve out as his own style but it is is very inspiring in it's ow way and say's you can come from anywhere and still make a mark!! Cheers!!
I just wen to see Simple men and Flirt and all I can say is that I will give Hartley a last chance to prove that he is a good director. I'm tired of these "indie" movies. Arghhhhhhhh
