These words you just spoken over him are what is needed. I just skimmed through some of the comments, and some of them are absurd. We worrying if the influence is going to get to him? We worry that his heart is speaking impurity. He spoke passionately about not sinning because he's tired of the hypocrisy. Peter cussed; as spoken of in some translations, when asked if he knew our Lord and Savior. Were we concerned about his following, and we all know that Peter had some residue for a moment, but isn't GOD amazing. He knew that we, such as some of our favorite Apostles known as bondservants for Christ, would fall every now and then. But just as the wise MOG speaking in this video, he didn't defend his actions. He spoke to the elders, and held himself accountable. A leadership like that is beautiful because it's one that teaches the importance of repentance.

He's preaching truth and he's saying what I've told my wife for the past 4 years. If you can get a message to him, please tell him he's been a light of confirmation due this 50yr old man. @@pinkahontas1908 Peter also was the only disciple who chose to deny Jesus 3 times when he was asked if he knew Him. This was something that Peter carried in his heart the whole time that Jesus was with the disciples and it came out in the end. We all just need to be aware and be careful of the difference between a mistake and an intentional act. Just last month I commented on his video Deal Aggressively With This! I just wanted him to be careful of speaking from his own opinion on matters like politics for example. He just needs to be mindful that he is over people and they are listening and learning from him and to let humility be his mentor, don't try to cover it up or continue in arrogance because the one speaking to you is not a Pastor or Prophet.

On another note: I was surprised to read that he attended a Bible College founded by false teacher Rod Parsley. I wonder what Philip Anthony Mitchell thinks 🤔 of Rod Parsley and does the doctrine of 2819 Church matches World Harvest Church?

Since discovering Phillip Anthony Mitchell and 2819Church on UA-cam about a month ago, I was instantly connected and charged by the power of the Holy Spirit coming from this young man. This is not church as usual, THIS IS A MIGHTY MOVE OF GOD , which He has strategically ordained and orchestrated to make His KINGDOM known in Atlanta, the State of Georgia, across the United States, and around the world!
This move that God Almighty is doing with Pastor Phillip and 2819 Church is a vivid example of what God says that He will do (is going to do) with the people He have(had) chosen in Isaiah prophetic words recorded in Isaiah 43:21, "This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise."
I thank and praise my Jehovah Tsidkenu, the Lord our (my) for calling me to partner with this General in the faith and the people that serve with him.

@@bvifinest The role of the pastor is to pastor his flock. This is communal in nature. We see this _demonstrated_ all throughout scripture. The pastor _and_ the church is a community. It is fellowship. Scripture explicitly tells us not to forsake the _assembling_ of ourselves. This is a gathering. 1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, 1 Peter 5 all tell of things that happen in proximity. There is a reason Paul wrote different letters to different churches. Church discipline, fellowship, making disciples, can not happen when you live in a different state, separate from that _specific_ community, it’s impossible. Show me in scripture where a pastor _can_ be separated from members of his flock. Nothing in scripture indicates this. Everything points to fellowships and community in proximity. This is so much so that churches in the first century were held in houses.
I’m not saying that we can’t listen to good preaching, but to say that this man is my pastor if I live in California and he’s in Atlanta is not logically possible. Elijah didn’t care a … what people think. I can feel his frustration when he sees especially the way the world is and how much OUR YOUNG PEOPLE ARE BEING LED ASTRAY! Even Jesus was angry to the point of turning over the tables in the synagogue. Moses got angry and struck the rock!
A lot of watered down gospel preachers are leading people astray!
We need some strong gospel preachers to get the message across..I feel that pastor’s frustration.. the world is in a highway to hell!

When I clicked on this video, my mind expected the worst. What I’m learning is as believers, our tongue is the HARDEST part of our body to tame. Proverbs speak soooo mannyyyy times on guarding your tongue. We ALL fall victim to not using our words and tone appropriately… but two things, we must repent when we’re convicted by the Holy Spirit & we must realize until we’re sinless, we can’t consistently throw stones at others… he’s human, not God and not only personally acknowledged his wrong but publicly acted on it to those offended. Pastors do bear a heavy load & instead of condemning, keep them in prayer and most importantly, live as an example because people learn wayyy more from what you do, not what’s said.

It is really not so much about sensitivity as it is about respecting the office of a preacher/pastor. The "sacred desk" is gone, so it's not surprising that many pastors and preachers are getting up on their stages and saying whatever they want. That said, I think he's a good pastor as well and that his message was so on point that he did not need to use the word "damn" or "darn."

My only fear for pastor Philip is that the enemy will try destroy him as he is growing so much in influence and amazing man of God so would hate to see him diminish his witness by cursing which he's done alot lately. Satan so sneaky & this man powerful vessel of God & he always corrects he's wrongs. His doctrine is spot on & his gifted prophetically beyond measure n I live in Ireland 🇮🇪 yet his teaching & videos the Lord has used mighty in my life . Love you pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell 2819 church. Its weird as the Lord is dealing with me about my tongue at same time so I'm definitely not judging as I he says himself those who speak should speak as the Lord let's please pray for him n our leaders 🙏 and rebuke the enemy not our brothers & sisters 🙏 in JESUS name Amen 🙏 ❤️?

The Bible tells me that many are call but only a few are chosen. The problem is we have a lot of called men in the pulpit that were not chosen. And the reason they were not chosen is because God knows the heart of every man so when you are talking about being a minister, preacher or teacher. You as an individual should make sure that you are chosen not just called by God because if you are chosen by God that means that God has examining your heart and found you worthy to carry the gospel. I hope this has been a blessing to someone because as always to God be the glory. Amen.

This reminds me of the story where God told Moses to speak to the rock but he smote the rock instead (Num. 20:11) Why? Because Moses inserted himself in the mix of God's work. Unfortunately this Pastor fell into the same trap. His sermon was indeed a call for revival and spirit led but he inserted himself which led to a misuse of language. BUT praise God for conviction which led this Pastor to humbly apologize 👏👏

I commented on another platform about something this man said during a sermon. The vibe got from people who responded to me was all about defended this man. No one really addressed the point I made, the just defended him. It is dangerous for a church to consider a man of God above rebuke, and allow your affection for a pastor to impact your ability to rightly divide the word. I am happy to hear that he reflected on this instance, which in my view was worse than the one I saw, and apologized.

I believe his apology was prompted by the conviction of his heart. Which is more than most will willingly admit let alone apologize for. From what I've seen he preaches the unadulterated Word of God in truth. The way that exposes anything less. We're all subject to stumble and I so truly appreciate those who own when they are wrong and not only take accountability but hold THEMSELVES accountable. THAT is worthy of mention.
