i’ve been feeling a constant state of ideation since a breakup 4 months ago that felt like the culmination of my inherent flaws over my entire life. the way it ended really made me feel like I am not enough, never have been and never will be. it just opened my eyes to how i feel so destined to self destructing everything that matters to me because of the way my brain works (ocd). I could have prevented it and I failed the ultimate test. I do find that the only thing that feels “good” is channeling this feeling into art, and I think that is what you do also. to me, art is a way to show people, and the world, love, without repulsing them. it’s the only way I know to do it. thank you for being a consistent channel I have come back to for years, you are one of the few constants in my life that was there before this 5 year relationship, and still is, despite all else that has changed in that time.
Push through, there are other trials & tribulations to come. don't get stuck, don't break down under pressure, keep calm & collected, have a breather. do some things u enjoy alone, nothing that will remind u of - , you are now reliant on you, the only person able to change your situation, is you. Take in the emotions, harness that energy, use it in exercise, gaming, working etc. They didn't handle things how u planned or wanted, but that's fine, people don't stay the same forever, which is the same for us too. We cannot let this stop us dead in our tracks, we must work around the problem, the show must go on. Stopping, is hurting, because when you stop, you think. Hug ur parents.
