I like the Winchester buck shot also. That's all we ever used when we used to dog hunt. I always liked the 000 buck for dog hunting, it's only 9 pellets for 2 3/4 but they are bigger and have more knock down power.
I've got same Identical gun ..sbe3 in bottomland...I will tell you change the ext.mod out for the extended imp cylinder and shoot at 40 my gun absolutely loves that choke with all buckshot mine loves all 3 in 15 pellet loads but Remington 15 pellet is the best but that imp cylinder absolutely smoked that modified choke
I hear ya, buckshot shells are few and far between anywhere now days. I was lucky enough to find 12 guage Federal Power Shock 00 Buck at a online supply company last week. Bought 6 boxes for a ridiculous price, but they will be my backups for this season, Winchester shells are and have always been my favorite, they are hard to beat for factory loads.
Shooting my old 1969 Remington 1100 3" full choke Federal Premium 3' shells patterned the best . That shell has copper coated pellets protected by buffer and a shotcup wad . OO buck or OOO buck was my choice when a stander . When a driver I often used No.1 buck .
You are mighty brave with that car sitting there, I got a 1187 with a 26 inch barrel that with them Royal would have knocked the windows out. Them things are scatter prone. Very inconsistent. No buckshot in NC either. Nothing beats them Winchester Supremes anyway.

I have a benelli sbe3 shooting the exact choke you have in yours and haven’t ever been able to pattern it good with any buckshot or turkey load but can take it duck hunting and do decent with it i personally feel like the gun just doesn’t do well unless it’s steel shot for me
Get you a rectifire choke I seen how the one you have patterned and I got one in 3 of my guns I dog hunt with and it patterns hu good with just about anything you feed em
I shoot Benelli super Nova for years. I shoot Federal 3-1/3 OO Buck. I shoot the Benelli full choke and haven't had any problem putting meat on the ground. 50 yards I put 15 pellets on target. Killed a buck at 80 yards on the run and put 10 pellets in him. Get Federal
Try a different choke like the kicks buck kicker full choke. Specifically made for buckshot. Check out Bubba Rountrees vids on different chokes. I saw you on his channel a while back. Give him a call....
I got a Mossberg 835 and got me trulock boar blaster choke shooting 3 1/2 00bk,18 pellets and at 40yrds and put 16 out of 18 in about a 14 inch circle.
Anytime you want to come down and get some lake okeechobee action and stomp around in a Florida swamp come on can put you on a big gator,hog,ducks and catfish too.
Throw a full choke or even one of those turkey choke tubes in the gun and shoot that stuff that didn't hit the paper , Might do in a pinch if you run low on good shells .

Not only shells. Reloading components are scarce too.

Yea I usually go couple times a week still hunting usually when the deer come out it’s to late for camera light

Ryan, you think it’s shooting high? My SBE 3 shoots 1-3 foot high depend on the shell but it seems that is the main complaint with that gun.
Mine doesn’t do to bad put the bead on the bottom of his chest should eat him up
I have a M2 and it shoots high! Tried to shim it but no luck. Friend of mine same gun same problem. Seems to definitely be a pattern with Benelli
