I like how everybody is talking about how good it looks and they wish they were at this school but the only thing you guys aren't understanding is: you have to fucking pay for the food. This isn't an elementary school where they give you a free piece of bread, it's a university.
I’ve been in Japan now for 3 months out of a 6 month trip and all my friends are starting to say they’re getting sick of the food, and I just ask how. Back home in the US they eat McDonald’s/Chick Fil A/Five guys etc for every meal, whereas here I constantly find myself eating very healthy foods for nearly every meal, without even trying because it all tastes wonderful and has great quality. And McDonalds, A&W, KFC, Subway, Starbucks etc. is still an option, and it is so much higher quality because most workers take pride in their work, regardless of what they do. I will say I miss Chick Fil A though, a Chick Fil A in Japan would be sooo good.

Things also were in place around the globe. At this point historically, all the nations of the world had been united under one system of imperial government. Rome had bludgeoned the world into submission, vanquishing its enemies.
With the absence of conflict, people concentrated on literature, philosophy, art, and religion. They were probing and searching. It was as though something was in the air and it was. The time was just right. God was sending His Son.

I like how everybody is talking about how good it looks and they wish they were at this school but the only thing you guys aren't understanding is: you have to fucking pay for the food. This isn't an elementary school where they give you a free piece of bread, it's a university.
I’ve been in Japan now for 3 months out of a 6 month trip and all my friends are starting to say they’re getting sick of the food, and I just ask how. Back home in the US they eat McDonald’s/Chick Fil A/Five guys etc for every meal, whereas here I constantly find myself eating very healthy foods for nearly every meal, without even trying because it all tastes wonderful and has great quality. And McDonalds, A&W, KFC, Subway, Starbucks etc. is still an option, and it is so much higher quality because most workers take pride in their work, regardless of what they do.
I will say I miss Chick Fil A though, a Chick Fil A in Japan would be sooo good.
