People have their criticisms of this movie but you are right. Every fight scene with Cyrax and Sector felt like someone was dying. Even the fight against Scorpion
I burst out laughing when Kuai ran straight into the missiles after freezing them because he thought they wouldn't detonate, that's the definition of not having plot armor right there.
What I love love is how strong the cyborgs are in this movie. No other fighter before them were made almost 100% out of metal & their fighting ninjas throughout the film, warriors who focus on stealth over strength.
i agree i played the first 3 back in the late 90's & still play it since i got mortal kombat kollection & MKX with Dlc on stream also i have an Xbox 360 controller to play fighting games that it also i have Street Fighter as will just to have different ones that i can switch to but still play others

Why didn’t smoke just teleport in a puff of smoke? He just showed that he’s capable of doing so in this very fight. They can’t touch him if he’s not physically manifested.

They are making a third Part MK Snowblind but agreed it was rushed. Or at least went from MK 2 to Armageddon so good i wish it was a series.
