Venison Sweet and Sour Steaks

Venison Sweet and Sour Steaks#recipe
Ingredients:
1. Venison Steaks
2. Green Sweet Bell Pepper
3. Red Sweet BellPepper
4. Onion
5. Cranberry Whole Berry Sauce
6. Crockpot
Spread Cranberries on bottom of crockpot. Slice bell peppers and onion. Layer on top of cranberries. Place venison steaks on top. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or until tender.

Looks great! Does the venison need any extra fat to cook since it's so lean?

not if cooked in the crockpot. For ground venison, I usually add a little ground sausage or hamburger. Thanks for watching and commenting..
