Bro , swallow your good virtues . And resell it and use that money to get a new one . I did . I got scammed by a scum bag . I was down $450 and said nah , posted it myself , sold it to someone , made the money back and got the one I should’ve gotten first . Yeah I’m a scum bag but now I have a working ps5

None of those worked for me. I sent my broken PS5 into Sony and I got an exchanged one and when I went to sign on the Playstation 5 error code WS-116332-6 came up and I could'nt log on. I called Sony and told them my situation the support person said it will be 24 to 48 hrs before they can resolve the issue. My PSN user name and password are not banned .

So I bought mine through Walmart…didn’t notice it was through a third party seller and this “error” popped up. Searched all over how to fix this but currently unsuccessful. So I’ll have to wait till Monday to contact Sony and see what can be done. Wish me luck!

Then they advise for me to call ProElectronics so they can reimburse/exchange my purchase….which they too have said no even though they sold me a stolen console. I’ve told them that I still have a year of manufacturing warranty but still they refuse. I’m at a loss rn so idk what to do with a PS5 I can’t even use for online gaming 💔
If you just got it return it! You still have time to do so….that’s if you got it through a retailer I unfortunately waited too long to open mine and find out my fate. I’m still trying to get them to exchange it since it still has the one year manufacturer warranty

And what if none of those 3 steps to fix it work? I just tried all 3 and none worked on the used PS 5 I got today. I ordered it off Amazon on Thursday.

@@mouhamedreal nope had to give away Walmart neva helped me get the refund ps said it’s stolen which makes it worse cause I bought from Walmart so I just spend another 1 for 1000 from stockx but it came brand new so all good neva order Walmart

the best way to resolve this is to return it to where ever u got it from and get a new one.
Doesn't work for consoles that are reported "stolen or missing."

Was banned for glitching. Unbanprocessing is the yt channel that fixed my acc ban!
Any solution for this is going to be very technical. As it is literally a permaban of your PS5.
