Nice video. I like your 7095 with the tilt front grille. Since Allis Chalmers don't exist anymore. As a former Allis Chalmers employee who worked with the engineering department. Your project is Allis Chalmers approved. You did a great job. Now for the shakedown or working it in the field. If you should find any issues. It will become a better tractor. I can't wait for my inspection tour. Nice job. 33:36
I really like what you did, well thought out and executed and that tractor looks awesome, good well done!!. I work in an office in Virginia near Washington DC, I was born on a small farm in Northern Ireland and I respect great engineers and that is what you are sir!
Thats a really nice work of art you have put together there for sure. Gives us a good idea of where things might have been. I have seen the IH 88 series Mated to Magnum rear ends and cabs and those are a great piece to see and your Allis would fit right in with that as well. Allis could've made the 8095 that could have been a game changer with 200 + horse category. I know IH had toyed with offering cummins power in a Larger 2+2 300-400 horse. Would've been a battle with big Allis FWAs and IH with Cummins 2+2
Bloody awesome job, definitely be proud of this nice engine build. I have heard many farmers swap engines from AC to Cummins or CAT but like combine N5 choice👍this vid is what YT should be for, give farmers ideas n help solve problems👍
Why ac never used this engine in tractors from the factory is a mystery. Anything bigger then a 8050 and 7060 the 426 wasn't enough motor. Looks awesome!!!
From what I remember being told that engine was in the prototype 7080 the reason I was told they switched to the 3500 was the engine ran at a slower RPM which increased the time under load of the transmission gears by going to the higher RPM engine it made the transmission last longer but same couldn’t be said for the engine.
Thanks! Wanted to do something different with the interior too. With the addition of the tinting and now the Grey interior, it is much cooler inside on the hot days.
I just stumbled on this video. Where are you located? When I heard you say Niemuth implement I was thinking what? I grew up in the area. Beautiful tractor you have created!
Good video. Nice build. Think 8000 side panels would have cleared? Is your front frame shorter than a 8095? Always wondered what would have happened if Allis Chalmers survived.
Thanks! I would have had to make the hood 2.5" wider on each side or cut the 8000 panels for clearance. But I had been dreaming of a 7000 series with a 8000 cab and 4wd for a long time. So this is the end result. I believe she is much shorter than those tractors.
@@AllisPeterson think it was normal. The N7 puffed out quite a bit of smoke when you first started it until it found itself. It was kinda the highlight of the day!
It's the retard Notch on the plungers in Fuel pump. It went to full Fuel and delayed the injection timing by approximately half to allow the fuel to be injected into a hotter air charge improving the chances of ignition, however due to incomplete combustion copious amounts of black smoke is released. 🤣🤣
how many HORSIES or BTU's it got??? :) how much more with the upgraded engine? :) TUNED?? stock?? :) unpausing prolly answered how many HORSIES it has within the next 4 miuns... lol 8:13 unpausing lol
Good question. Never penciled it out. It's enough but not a fortune. Biggest cost was the engine and my time, but it was worth it. Tractor works and performs like we want it to.
1st what's the HP, 2nd weight, your showing lots of filters, oil, fuel, hydraulic?????? I think it has 8 speed power shift??? Any ranges??? Clarity. We are not all Allis guys.
255 at the pto, no idea on weight. She is strictly the chopper tractor. The two filters on the drivers side or left are fuel filters. The 4 on the other side are, rear two engine primary oil, middle little one is water filter and front big cat filter is the bypass oil filter. This is a power shift tractor. Two ranges with 6 speeds each.
That is absolutely beautiful. I have never in my 66 years driven an Allis Chalmers. Some day I hope to rectify that.
me too
Personal experience, the D17 was the best they built.
Amazing work. The vision, planning and fabrication are all top notch.
Thanks much!

Thanks Jan! I appreciate it!
Very nice. You put a lot of time into that machine. Something to be proud of. Can't wait to see it in the field.
Thanks! I'll for sure post up some good videos of her workin this year.

Boy you are one skilled talented man. That is a work of art.
Nice job. You put a lot of thought into the redesign to make everything easy accessible to service. Looks beautiful will be nice to hear it run
Awesome tractor. I really like the longer wheel base.
Nice work ! love it . can't wait to see her work
Nice tractor , can’t wait to see it in the field!
Great looking rig! Keep us informed how it's performing!
That is a nice looking tractor
Nice build,
Defenetly what AC should have done.
Longer wheelbase and this motor. 👍🚜
Thanks!
looks great Tyler!!!!
Welp... someone is making Allis's again.. ought to do some more!!!! Revitalize the name and brand. Great work!!
You could be a tractor engineer. Very nice job you did on your Allis!!
Thanks very much!

hats off to you . amazing job .it's a lot better than half way decent . it's a credit to you.

Jon Kinzenbaw I'm sure like me would be very proud of you. Thank you for the video. I to bleed orange!
Thanks!
thanks for showing!! I am hardcore AC man!!!!!!!

That thing is AWESOME!
That’s an awesome swap. I’ve been wanting to put a 8.3 in one, but I’m gonna have to look into this now
It's a awesome swap, but it is much more involved than a 8.3 swap.
Amazing Tractor ! Great engineering. A lot of thinking and custom work. Should have labeled it a 8090
it's got the 7000 series engine cowling

Awesome tractor I may have to think of that for my 8070
Top class
Awesome tractor!!❤
Someday I want to do that to a black belly 7580 since that’s the engine they should have had
Like the gray interior.
Thanks! Wanted to do something different with the interior too. With the addition of the tinting and now the Grey interior, it is much cooler inside on the hot days.
@@AllisPeterson much more "uplifting" than the factory brown!
@@Dennis-bj9cj definitely!

God Bless 🙌 and good days farming.

@@AllisPeterson I know exactly where that is. I grew up on a farm by Stetsonville.
@@rickykraus7450 cool! Small world!
@@AllisPeterson Sure is!
Awesome
Very nice job! Planning a 4w270 to go with it?
Thanks! I would love to take a 4w305 and make one. But to find a decent 305 with a bad motor will be hard. Perhaps someday!
I did not know allis made a 7095 ?? Very nice !
Allis never made the 7095, I did.
Wow some one cut axel shaft ?sapose it got hooked on tight gate one to meny times

Did you have to put a big 1000 pto because of the motor swap and hp difference?
Yes, plus our chopper is big 1000.
Does that tractor smoke like crazy when you first start it? The N7 put on a great smoke show every morning!
When it's colder, yes some Grey smoke. But otherwise no. She is a pretty healthy old girl.

I don't know why AC didn't put the 516 in the 7080 and 7580.
How much work was it to put the 7000 side curtains on it. Did you swap the top and the grill too or are those still 8000 series?
Everything from the dash cowl forward for sheet metal is 7000 series.
I was always under the impression that the 6-85 engine was 514cid I've never heard it referred to as "516" 🤔
Nope it's 516. Always has been.
Would you ever take it to the half century of progress and display it?
I would love to, but with dairy farming thats a full time job and no way to get it there it would be hard.
@AllisPeterson oh, great tractor though
We want to hear it roar
Ita going to be a little while. Got a good foot of snow again in Central Wisconsin......

Thanks! Yes we love the power shift much more than the power director.

I thought you would start it up

Neighbor has older AC and 2 Agcos, rrecognize the interior layout. I have Deere, try not to drive his orange cause I develop a rash
8.3 Cummins all the way! So much easier
Nice job, bigger fan has to help, we did that on several tractors as factory was barely enough, I showed the neighbors the either trick, lol
NIce job sir.
Thank you kindly
