I'm surprised ppl feel so strongly about this. I've never watched SNL and don't follow a lot of the actors, so I'm glad for the narration actually. Never seen these clips before, and didn't know all of the actors names or the context (like Jimmy Fallon misreading the cue cards, I'm not sure how ppl would have known that without the narration)

I'm reading comments about people complaining about how the narrator is explaining what's going on before we actually hear it and see the laughter from the actual cast members, but do keep in mind explaining it the way he does allows for him to use less of the clip itself because he explains what led up to it and explains why so therefore you only need to see the end when they break character. The reason I say this is because it's a good way to try to avoid copyrights. Not to mention even if there was the excuse of fair use if all he did was literally just show the clips that actually would not qualify as fair use so he had to narrate over them in order for it to actually be fair use. So come on geez! There's really nothing wrong with doing the narrations and in fact it was kind of required in order for it to be fair use at all. If somehow one of you reading this does not know what fair use Please look it up because it's been part of copyright law since 1971 And this video would not be possible without it or the actions required to make sure it is part of fair use

This Bill Hader scene didn’t crack him up because he was running in everything. It was funny because when the female character sat on his lap, he was told by the producers that they couldn’t have any kind of rubbing or humping motion at all going on. It had something to do with censorship. So they were trying to be very very still, but it was very hard to do that while on that motorized wheelchair.
