I've never seen anyone get banned for bug abusing or for doing things against Riot's code of conduct on the pbe :(. It sucks
Why would you ban anyone on pbe? That's literally how you test things. It's not supposed to be an "alternate" server.
I mean yah Yozu technically did the bug but he didn't get anything much as he only used ult twice after that so no one can be mad at him and say he is bug abusing too

you just have to play and analyze people's movement, predict what they will do based on what you would do
Don't bother landing them just farm grasp stacks, build lich bane with demonic and some other tanky items. Battle mage lux

ngl Sylas and Fizz are probably my worst opponents because Sylas is so tanky while gushing out tons of damage and self heal, it feels quite unfair but it's at least lore accurate xD
