Hi is there a video on resetting the pass draw diagram when logging into the monitor? Since I utilize the mobile app always, I forgot the draw pass code.
Did you have any issues at all with the spotlights? I just purchased a kit and when I go to the camera tab and click image, I don't have the Smart Illumination tab at all. My cameras all have IR and spotlights on them.
The system must be setup properly. There is many options needed for dual illumination, Not just enabling it, but telling what to trigger it. I can help you with this. Just dig a little deeper I think you will find the settings.

i have a problem with cameras showing up on the app but not on the monitor which hosts the cameras. how can i fix this?
