    you are so funny, papa fung! couldn’t stop laughing!!😂😂😂 will try very hard to try to make them. there are lots of steps and time consuming but i love mung beans and salted egg yolks. i do have a bag of those mung beans sitting in the cupboard forever and just last week i bought 1 1/2 dozen salted eggs to make 蛋黃蓮蓉酥。but now i know what i am going to make. thank you.

      It's a low gluten low protein flour. Some places call it cake flour

      Yes, you can use it for other things like steaming with pork and have it in soup. It’s way too salty for us, so we discarded it
