7 years later, still no manufactory who bring us a rc crane or rc rotator...I saw on the Chinese shopping site that has one rc crane price start 7K but cant compare with this beauty.
These operators needf to walk around in 100% green outfits so that photographers can "green screen" them - removing them later via computer manipulation from their video / images. Because, after all, we only want to see the equipment moving - not the operators standing beside them.
On devrait manœuvrer tous ces machines derrière un écran avec l'aide des caméras. Pas au milieu des machines.. Ce serait encore mieux si c'était derrière l'écran.
When I build my workshop for my cars, I want to make the second level area a space to make a mini city like this for my kid. I think it would be amazing for him
+George Payazitis I'm not quite following you. I was basically stating I wasn't too build an area for my son to diddle around . what were you pertaining the weight that Crane can lift to?
lol you could probably lift more then what that crane can really, how much weight can it lift just to be realistic, I know it fun to watch or interesting but it's funny you say that, when you think about it.
+ucnhtmenow1 wait your confusing me, you did say you wanted to build an area for your son, a second level, now your saying you don't want to build an area for son when you talk about making a second level that implies using the crane, that's why i said that.
I would very much have liked to see that boom fully extended. Or, did I? Ich hätte mir sehr gewünscht, dass dieser Boom vollständig ausgefahren wäre. Oder habe ich?
jetegtmeier71 just like the real ones these RC are exact replicas of the real ones and r actually true hydraulic . except for a diesel engine there electric. but on some larger excavators and trucks I have saw them with mini RC diesel engines
nice, they would not have put counterweights on the CW pad until after it was lifted in place, then simply stacked normally, right on the rig. my question is, why did you need to go through all that work, you had enough cranes standing by! lol
One have to start with some FAR simpler projects/models at first. This crane is about the most advanced type of RC scale model on can build, and it demands a lot of experience and knowledge. (if a beginner tries getting on such a project, more often the project will be put dead out of frustration) The complete opposite of a 'beginners project'. Study forums and info on the web about mechanical fabrication, machine tools, get knowledge of radio control equipment. Usually people building such models are mechanical engineers / technicians (currently working or retired, demands a lot of free time) with several of years experience within the field. Everything is possible, but to have a strong interest for a projects is not enough, one need to have talent/skills, tools, time, money. Rctruckandconstruction.com is a place to start learning some basics about RC and fabrication of parts. But, belive me, that crane in the video, there is knowledge behind that build that is far greater than 95% of the scale model builders do have. Sorry to sound not so optimistic. Just writing as an mechanical design engineer myself, with 3-4 years of engineering studies and 20 years of experience.
Based on costs I've seen for other trucks, this would probably run at least $10,000 and likely more. I could find no place in the US that sells these. All in Europe.
Less popular RC construction vehicles are more expensive because they are not purchased as much as popular ones. That's why we see less drilling rigs and more excavators.
Find the link to order a airplane ticket for Germany and visit one of these shows. Offer the owner minimum 50.000 Eur. If he say 'no thanks', then offer 100.000 Eur. It is likely just a matter of giving a good enough offer. good luck.
hi there I don't no there names but there is shop's in America that sell 1.14 size of models just type in to the website, but I will give you some of the big companies that sell these cool models, premacon, rc4wd, there is two for you the now good luck

how much weight can it lift, or maximum weight, it's the same thing, you don't understand that, I'm suprised.

good vid. :D
So can OSHA pull up to the site and shut down work ?
I love seeing model working like that and would love having one made like Leibherr 11200-9
how does the boom extend and contract ?

Where to buy this kind of RC mobile cranes & trucks..I cant find in eBay at all

I want one so bad
Where can I learn how to custom make one of this? Is there any magazine that teach you how to built this models?

Just take the weights by hand and stick the crane towards the ceiling. Or it doesnt extend all the way?
framfull
good
They need to get their rigging straight when they pick up their counterweights
Based on costs I've seen for other trucks, this would probably run at least $10,000 and likely more. I could find no place in the US that sells these. All in Europe.
it looks nice but it's an expensive hobby i would rather put that kind of money towards a car or holiday.
Less popular RC construction vehicles are more expensive because they are not purchased as much as popular ones. That's why we see less drilling rigs and more excavators.
😘😘😘😘😘😘😘🎢🎢🎢
It has no cost, its custom made. 1 thing you must know, 90% of these large models have been MADE custom by there owners.
You can scratchbuild the same one, it's really cheaper !
And there's some models for every wallet... ;)
Do you have to pull the boom by hand to extend it. Because I never seen videos while boom is extending?

Where do you find RC cranes like these?
neodymium magnets hook ups would make it way more cool, so most loads could be hooked up and moved hands free... still very cool tho.
