Lebanon is probably my favorite country ever. I’m not Lebanese, but I’ve had the privilege to study in Beirut for two years and I had an unforgettable experience there. The Lebanese people certainly are the most fun and friendliest in the Middle East.
Lebanon is beautiful in war and out of war its like heaven everyone tryna ignore the news and enjoy going to religious places like harisa and many more hidden in these mountains. im so happy that u visited Lebanon during war, and btw welcome to Lebanon.❤️❤️❤️🇱🇧🇱🇧🇱🇧
Glad you could see the good side of Lebanon. As a Lebanese working in the US, I keep hearing about the negatives in the news and it often comes from those who never visited Lebanon or seen the beauty of that country. So it's always a pleasure to see foreigners visiting the country for the first time and sharing their good experience.
Waw!! As a lebanese, I was submerged with joy and happiness while watching your video. I'm happy that you've enjoyed it!! Showing Lebanon from your point of view was just amazing.
Wonderful video to watch about Lebanon 😊, especially at this time and what they are doing to this country. Thanks so much Richard! Great storytelling and editing (feel jealous 🙂)
I appreciate you for visiting my country and for your hosting friends for showing you the real picture of Lebanon. I'm glad you saw that and hopefully the good times will be back. Peace for all!
I'm from Aotearoa, New Zealand. My great-grandmother was Lebanese and I always have felt a strong affinity with her from the stories I was told, but my knowledge of this part of my cultural heritage is limited. So I am grateful for videos like this to find a sense of connection with my ancestors and living relatives, especially amidst the extreme hardships they have and continue to endure with such strength and kindness - šukran ktīr.
Hope one day you can visit and walk the places your grandmother once walked and lived. My fathers' two uncles left for Argentina around the 1930s and never came back but still sometimes at family gatherings it's mentioned "one day our cousins will show up at our door!" 😉 ...
Thank you Richard, Lebanon is my favorite country in the world. And you made a different Lebanon video, I watched it carefully. It was a very nice video. Greetings from Istanbul.
Thank you so much for this video..... one of the best videos ( if not the best) of Lebanon and the Lebanese people. EVERYTHING is beautiful and has healing powers in Lebanon. God Bless Lebanon 🇱🇧 ❤
As a Lebanese, I can't describe how grateful I am for your video. People often contemplate the negative side of this majestic country, ignoring the true beauty hidden in the land and people. We are often preserved as a primitive country, with an outlandish desire for war, yet the opposite is true, as we adore living and strive toward peace. Words can't sum up my gratitude, thank you so much❤
Wow, you did an incredible job showcasing how beautiful Lebanon truly is. We love our country and so glad you got to enjoy it. Also, your voice is so soothing and perfect!
I am sick of foreigners think Lebanon is just a poor country in the middle of a desert with terrorism attacks, bombing and bad economy. But if they could see the real true beauty of Lebanon with our beautiful cultures, people, places and most of the lifestyle because us Lebanese don't worry a lot but instead we live life. I love my country of Lebanon and Inshallah it will come back to its former glory.
TBH my favorite country in the region, kinda sad what hezbollah doing to you there. You are a poor country now, it doesn't mean all of you are sad haha. Still A beautiful country wish i could visit, this time without uniform. especially when its 4km from me 🤣

YESSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although Lebanon is currently going through a lot in terms of political situations like the Israel-Gaza War, and the media and governmental travel advisories describe Lebanon as a 'no-go zone', I am happy to hear that it is just like how it always was before October 2023. Beirut is a beautiful city and I wish for peace in the Middle East and to not let the media emphasise political madness in such beautiful countries.

How lovely! Are you Lebanese? I'm from California, living in Egypt, and I'm planning to come to Beirut next week inshallah to check out the American University of Beirut. I'm not sure if I should go right now - who knows what the next weeks will bring - but I imagine it's only going to get worse for the next several months, unfortunately. What do you think? News and threats aside, how is it feeling in Beirut right now?
