Dude doesn't look like he's rich enough to pick and choose what he eats like that. Also that one fish is worth, what 30? Younger ones. What will make more babies? One giant old one, that may not even be capable anymore? Or 30 small ones mating and laying eggs all the time?
That isnt giant its big yes but giant not even close ive seen some that coukd swallow a 5 yr old without even being able see a swollen belly there's some big big catfish
These beautiful fish that can be very friendly and not dangerous as you see are endangered. The overpopulating predator humans on the other hand... So who's the real monster here? Obvious enough.
@@pew9218 No, and apparently neither can he. Should have thought about "having a family..." As if one endangered fish will ensure their future. Are you going to support him? You would be that stupid, right? I remind you filth, it is the fish being called a "monster" here. What is your ethnicity? One of the perpetual victims? You fool nobody... "Now he can feed his family for a week" . . . with a critically endangered animal. I know that caring about this animals extinction is a luxury afforded me by my bourgeois upbringing, but it still saddens me to see that people actively fish and eat these guys. They are the largest fresh water fishes in the world and there's only a few hundred left. 😥
@@guiltylegion7037 they're still critically endangered, and breeding them isn't great - people will catch them in the wild and sell them to breeders or take them to start new farms. It ends up causing more to disappear from the wild as they continue to be hunted then sold as farm raised. There's an estimated 200-400 left in the wild. Well, one less now.
Broooo this one’s gonna go viral 😂
Nah
That's not a catfish.
That's a cream Dory
He lost his paddle..
You can still see it at the end…
yeah but you can see at the end that it started floating
wtf, I didn't know fish grew to this size
Well he would have been able to feed his family if it wasn't for the fact he lost his oars😂😂😂😂
Legend has it hes still on that boat😂😂😂😂
At this point, let the thing live. He’s so big!
Arent these fish like critically endangered? Lol.
He should have released it. Not many left that size!
Yeah you're right that is an awesome rare catch to keep and eat later 🐟

Dude that thing must have been 50+years old if not moor
His balance is impeccable.
The fish never put up much of a fight
He’s done, he’s given up on life and ready to be in someone’s plate
I get it. I've been hungry too. But a big old cat fish like that's flesh is going to be like mush and taste like that water looks. 😅😅😅
You live in America yes
Bro they eat crickets
Why doesn't he do hook it on to the back of the boat and drag it in
Bro aint making to land without his oar...
Where is this at, what state what city,, I have seen catfish that big,

Do you feel justified in calling a man feeling his family a monster?
@@FirstDogFoodie Yes. 👋
@@andykerr3803 are you gonna feed this man and his family?

For people that use the land it's am unfortunate byproduct that they often kill endangered animals without knowing or not having any other option.
You gotta feed the family somehow lol
Those are catfish, ppl also breed those fish
