Jamaican Stewed Pork, Simple & Delicious!

This simple recipe of Pork Riblets is just
amazingly Delicious!
*Ingredients*
2 -3 Ibs Pork Riblets
2 tbsp of my mix blend (Cajun, black pepper,
paprika, creole seasoning) or use any of your
favorite seasoning
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1-2 tbsp browning
2-3 tbsp green season blend
1 tbsp mince garlic & ginger
1 tbsp sugar (for carmalize)
2-3 tbsp ketchup
Onion
Sweet pepper
Thyme
Whole hot pepper
2-3 cups water
Use recipe as a guide, taste and adjust
