when you look at a plant with Na'vi sense you can see which rarity it is from fine to exquisite. how you pick the plant and weather you get it at the right day/night/weather will see what stats you get in that rarity. so if you don't do perfect pick at the wrong time you get the lowest score in that rarity vs if you do it perfect at the right time. as for animals it is older animals always drop higher rarity and if you do merciful and clean kills gives higher stats. NEVER use guns on animals if you want drops. Guns will always ruin the kill and leave you with nothing. pinning something does not make it show up on the map. it makes the creature/plant glow gold when you use Na'vi sense making it easier to find. clan favor only goes down when you shop. so doing quests for any clan will make it go up but it can hit cap which then means you can't get anymore till you spend some. so it's good to track it to spend it before it caps out so you don't lose favor spending.

My point exactly, I’ve gave up on the game after 12 hours as I can’t get into it & all the crafting & navigation is really confusing 70 quid (£) wasted.
Liked the game, graphics are great, apart from a couple of glitches and a crash. Found it a little too easy, and repetitive. Saying that, the maps are large and well throughout. Would prefer better weapon and armour upgrading system, with more options. And the ability to sell lower grade weapons for resources.

One question is when you complete the story is the game still playable? For example do the bases get taken back for you to keep taking over?
