most amazing closing track on the album. Also, jonny's last song with any band (dgd , emarosa, slaves). Final song on the album of Slaves' 3rd album. Jonny went ahead and bowed out with the most elevating track ever. The final breakdown is so sincere when the band kicks. "we can get through this, these tougher days"
Hurt people, hurt people. His voice is amazing and hits my emotions harder than any voice has. Greatful for him no matter his demons. We all have them.
This song actually helped me to be able to handle the death of my mother earlier this year. Specifically the part that says we can get through these tougher days. So thank you Slaves, you really did help me at a terrible time and I cant thank you enough for that.

His music is relatable to everyday life problems. Despite what he’s done or hasn’t done he’s a human and like him we all make mistakes. Weather he betters himself is up to him but he has one hell of a voice and his lyrics are unreal. Hands down probably my favorite vocalist.
"I never have to think about my father, and how he walked out on us. how I barely know my mother, for that I'm a shame. afraid of what they think of me, so I stay away." so beautiful, so emotional, so honest. you've come so far, Mr. Craig. you've touched so many hearts with this new record.

For all those women who came forward, hope they get help as well. I've been listening to this song sober for the last couple of days. Listening to it drunk, I've teared up the minute the vocals came in. This song hits home, so hard.
I've been in Taylor's shoes. Her story was like a 1000% retelling of mine. It's crazy. I'm 6 years sober from what I let my ex do to me but I take blame as well because I didn't run when it started happening. I thought I needed to help him when I was pulled into hell with him. Jonny is beyond talented and a human being. I don't think he deserves to be put down daily by people who don't know him. There's two sides to every story. I'm thankful that Taylor spoke up but she didn't want everyone to push him down. We don't know either of them. We weren't there. I just hope they both can live with their choices in life from this point on and be happy. 🖤

I'll be honest, I cried for the first time listening to this song in the car. His voice just gave me the chills when he screamed "Let's make a Pact right here, right now!" just brought me into tears. Beautiful song.

He could definitely still sing like he did in Emarosa. This is just a different kind of band. He had a cult following in Emarosa, but never blew up. With this band, he can reach a larger audience singing with more of a rock feel than a post-hardcore feel. He hasn't passed his prime.
Man this song is so special to me. The words, the time in my life i first heard it, the relationship i was in. Music is so special. The ability to connect you and everything going on in your life. Slaves with Jonny will always bring me special memories. Beautiful death most beautiful album in Jonny's career.
As an addict in recovery wresteling with what i am. I really appreciate the sentiment. Knowing the profound pain i suffer i do not suffer alone makes me feel so much better.
Cristina M SAME!! Since the day "I'd rather see your star explode" was released, that's my most played song, on iTunes. There's only a few bands that I genuinely get nervous for, in terms of how good their new album is gunna be. Anything jonny does, is at the top of that list. I was not disappointed. Rarely does the album surpass, what I hope it will. Beautiful Death is incredible
My favorite song of the album. The entire album is amazing and really exerts the issues of regret, lonelines, guilt, arrogance, shame, and even optimism that one feels when going through unstable relationships. This album also portrays how broken we are and how we bring those bad qualities into relationships and expect things to fix themselves-not knowing that our only best help is from ourselves and not from anyone else.
Jonny is an amazing artist. Music and personality are separate things. I appreciate his music. I will not attack his character, but I'm sure all of you are just so perfect.
My identical twin brother Doug and i listened to this song. We had different paths and he battled his own demons; i kept my hopes up that he could change, he was sober for 4 months living with me and then used heroin again and didn't make it though on 20190703. This is one of the most powerful songs that i have ever heard and I feel that this song captures the struggle of addiction flawlessly. For all of you who struggle with life keep going... know there are people who care about you and want you to get better. Wherever you are bro just know i miss you and i'll live my life for the both of us.
I don’t judge no one based off what someone else said. Although he’ll prolly never know I exist, bro gotta do me dirty for me to look at him wrongly. I love his music and that’s what I’m here for
Without a doubt, this album is my favorite! It's amazing how this song comes straight to your heart at the right moment when you need to hear something like that! Thank you, I am so proud of all of you!
Jonny needs help, man. These lyrics remind me of how I used to romanticize my drug use at the height of my addiction. Thank God for Recovery🙌 Regardless of what anyone says about him, it is evident by his choice of lyrical content that he’s struggling internally. I really hope he gets the help he desperately needs.... because this MASTERPIECE of a voice needs to be heard by a wider audience. He is truly a talent... and it’s going to be a waste soon if he does not seek help while he has any shred of insight left inside him.
I love how you can feel the pain, and love in this song. And the realization of where hes at, and where hes come from including how far he's come and how he can be open about it.
Look at all you fools judging this man for the things he’s done, because it’s come to light. You’d bow your head in shame if we all saw the terrible things y’all have done. He was an addict, being an addict is obviously their fault but once it’s happened the person you were is gone. You are a monster. The last thing someone recovering needs is the constant reminder of what they did.
I have been inspired by this phenomenal music all day! WOW!! This one had me jumping around and even shedding a few tears as I felt this soo deeply thinking of my wife and our love!! THANK YOU!!!!
i remember listening to this song when I left my emotionally abusive boyfriend and how this song helped me and knowing all the things he did to taylor just makes this song change so much.
Jonny should be in prison for all the hell hes brought upon the people who've tried to help him. He may be able to sing but hes a horrifying human being who should've have a platform at all until he fixes himself
she's a greasy junkie who knew full week what she was walking into, did it anyways for clout and content. fucking groupie, they deserve each other... I don't feel sorry for her in the least. "all this trauma made me take up coke" hahaha what a child.
Addiction is a bitch. We can all talk shit about Johnny but until you walk in his shoes, cant ever understand. Drugs turn people into monsters. Best person can become your worst nightmare. Lived with one for almost a year and it was hell. Because you want to help, because you've seen the best part of them, but only they can help themselves.
No matter what Jonny has done in the past.... when times are bad nothing helps me cry my heart out and feel some peace at heart like his voice does in these types of songs...been Listening to Jonny since DGD....his voice is angelic, his life has been the opposite...
This man's music has saved my life on more then one occasion! "I'll keep my purpose you keep your faith we can get through this these tougher days"!!!!! Wow
I guess the "painting the walls with blood" thing was just a rehearsal for this video then? 🤔 I hope after this he and everyone affected by his behaviour have the courage to get the help they need tho...
What she meant when she said “painting blood on the walls” is when your IV use drugs your veins collapse & after a while you have trouble finding one. So you will sit there sometimes for HOURS poking yourself with a needle trying to find a vein and sometimes you bleed but it’s not in a vein and that blood gets in the needle if you squirt it out quick enough you can get the blood out before it mixes with the h/water (cuz when it mixes it coagulates & clogs the needle) well messy addicts just squirt the blood out at the wall or floor because it can take to much time to get up and go to the trash or sink. Hints the phrase “writing with blood on the walls....”
lmao "by his behavior." Look snob, he didn't force anyone to do anything, people chose to be around him. It takes more than courage to get help, I doubt you know anything about struggle. What I'm curious about, is why would you come to his content just to promote hate?
Nobody is perfect, this world is filled with negativity, we all make mistakes, it's upto us to work on our selves. Keep pushing forward jonny. I'm so proud of you

I've been waiting for this album since I'd Rather See Your Star Explode dropped last summer. Jonny's voice is amazing!
❤️
I don’t judge no one based off what someone else said. Although he’ll prolly never know I exist, bro gotta do me dirty for me to look at him wrongly. I love his music and that’s what I’m here for
Slaves just puts out great music and johnny’s voice just has so much emotion and you can feel it deep. I can’t get enough of this song.
I love this song and this video and this album 😭😭😭😭😭
Krissy Koinis why u crying lol this is brilliant
EXPOSING THE TRUTHERS crying because it's so good !!!!
Krissy Koinis I feel you
Without a doubt, this album is my favorite! It's amazing how this song comes straight to your heart at the right moment when you need to hear something like that! Thank you, I am so proud of all of you!
Jonny needs help, man. These lyrics remind me of how I used to romanticize my drug use at the height of my addiction. Thank God for Recovery🙌
Regardless of what anyone says about him, it is evident by his choice of lyrical content that he’s struggling internally. I really hope he gets the help he desperately needs.... because this MASTERPIECE of a voice needs to be heard by a wider audience. He is truly a talent... and it’s going to be a waste soon if he does not seek help while he has any shred of insight left inside him.
Right? ! This guy's demons are intimidating. So few voices like that, especially in good music.
Agreed. I’ve seen it happen in front of me. These people are ignorant
lmao fuck right off
This artist is the reason why I love music and why I wanna get better in writing
I really enjoy this song and his voice!!! Lyrics are amazing!
By far one of the greatest vocalists of all time love this song I’m glad I discovered this band now I can’t stop listening to this bands songs
Jonny Craig’s voice man! Always making me feel *goosebumps*
SidewaysTM yaa hes amazing
So awesome to hear Jonny really push himself vocally and lyrically. And the band sounds great too, need this Vinyl ASAP!
Getting "Marvin's Room" vibes.
This is the Jonny Craig I've been waiting for. Beautiful work, fellas

An abuser helped you heal from an abuser.. same though
Because, Jonny Craig is the King of this fucking Scene
This is everything and then some!!!!!!!
2:50 fucking chills every time.... one of the best vocalists i've ever heard
same
You will never be forgotten
Jonny should be in prison for all the hell hes brought upon the people who've tried to help him. He may be able to sing but hes a horrifying human being who should've have a platform at all until he fixes himself
what happened to jonny?
@@mimimi-13-89 watch Taylor Nicole Dean last video
she's a greasy junkie who knew full week what she was walking into, did it anyways for clout and content. fucking groupie, they deserve each other...
He’s still the best singer in the game
No matter what Jonny has done in the past.... when times are bad nothing helps me cry my heart out and feel some peace at heart like his voice does in these types of songs...been Listening to Jonny since DGD....his voice is angelic, his life has been the opposite...
Who is here, after watching Taylors video?
REAL JC fans have been here since Ghost Runner on Third.

Renopwns Gaming Exactly lol

SLAVES has always been my favorite band, and besides, Those Who Stand For Nothing, this is my favorite song. It's so beautiful.
YES! Jonny! THIS. More like this.
You've won me back. Miss you bro.
2:55 to the very end of the song is so good! the whole damn song is beautiful!
Who’s cutting onions?
A C there’s a group of about a dozen of them running from house to house every time someone hears this song.
Swiggity Swootie lmao 😂 but you gotta admit this album is their best work so far, so much emotion and passion in it!
I'm not crying you're crying
flesh colored scallions to be exact
bawlz?
Every time I hear the line about his father I get a lump in my throat. Well played sirs.
This album is amazing, greatttt job!!!!
Jonny craig...he speaks to my soul bruv..his music has helped me so much...one of my favorites for real
Did that last vocal note he rung out give anyone else goosebumps? God DAMN.
his voice is just.. unbelievable
Best of Jonnys work this far undoubtedly!
@@KarinMichelle Right but I don’t think that’s what she meant..
lmao "by his behavior." Look snob, he didn't force anyone to do anything, people chose to be around him. It takes more than courage to get help, I doubt you know anything about struggle.
What I'm curious about, is why would you come to his content just to promote hate?
@@kass_G59 Nothing gets past you, does it?
@Hidden Messages Tarot Thank god.
I love this song till this day
i wish he would stay sober. so much talent
Nobody is perfect, this world is filled with negativity, we all make mistakes, it's upto us to work on our selves. Keep pushing forward jonny. I'm so proud of you
Exactly!
Holy shit!
Imagine he was still in DGD
That would be the best band ever (I mean I love Tilian and DGD pretty much is my favorite band but how Jonny developed his voice over the years is incredible and it would be so amazing to hear how DGD would sound nowadays with him)
2:53 Right in the feels!! The emotion in this track is unreal. Epic track from an epic album, nothing more needs to be said really.
Who's here after Taylor Nicole Dean video? :(
Mawizz the what?
so heart breaking 💔
Did it recommend it to you like it did me?
UA-cam WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS 😅
He makes me sick!!!
Patrick Robbins manipulation thru music! Singing about his dad and his pathetic sob story. Oh poor pitiful me! Shut the f up!! (Sorry lol he just makes me sick, I just wanted to see this cause I just watched taylors video)
Best CD I’ve heard by anyone in a long time. All bangers
Toco mi alma/Touch my soul 💙
I still can’t believe that I can hear an ex-vocalist of my fav band on a radio! It makes me so happy omg
I'm just here for the music, I don't care about any allegations a singer has for what goes on in their personal lives... anyone else?
Here here!
Yes same here. Can't stand these people acting all high as if they are jesus reincarnated.
I'm from Brazil, I came to tell you that I loved the heart, the music and the band
