Fired? Shouldn't they be charged with murder?
definitely, what a travesty
They should be arrested not fired.😢
Just to be clear, a US Marine Vet was having a breakdown. He was jailed instead of given the help he needed. Now he is dead. Support The Troops.
Amen brother, not much being said about that.
Maybe don’t have the 600 pound cop put his knee on somebody’s back!!!
He was too fat!
That'ss excessive.. force. Excessive force. But he wasn't that fat when they hired him; maybe he'll sue for excessive donuts, or something.
Murderers in cop uniforms!
Ya not finna doo nothing & what!
@@busyinyahawahwayahawashi5369 whatever 🙄
Let me know when charges are filed with the D.A.
There has been 60 deaths in their jail since the sheriff took over in 2017…smmfh 🤬
Butterbean squished that guy.
If it was a contraband check they shouldve restrain him and escort him to another empty single cell while the other officers check his cell.
They should be jailed
How is this a procedure again?
Family sues, we the people pay. Cops get paid vacation. 🎉 another win for the “law”
exactly. they get "fired" then re-hire them with a pay raise and promotion.
Damn, Butterbean squashed that dude.
This is a snuff film; a slow murder.
So they unalive a guy they just get fired to get hired somewhere else while this guys gone goes to show how much of a business we are to them👁️
This caused effect has been demonstrated across the country. The other jailers did nothing to put a stop to it either. They’re all complicit. I think what’s most upsetting to the sheriff is the negative publicity. This once again demonstrates the lack of training and accountability that he is ultimately responsible for. Gear up for a bumpy ride in court boys.
Two fired deputies are probably on payroll some where else already it wouldn't surprise me one bit.
The guards are always messing with the inmates even when there's no reason to.
When are they going to learn about putting knees on people and putting people in chokeholds? It's not rocket science.
That poor guy dead before anyone came to check on him
✝️ RIP Inmates who died ❤️❤️❤️💐💐💐🙏🙏🙏🕯️🕯️🕯️🕊️🇵🇭
Firing after the death shows the sheriff doesn’t provide leadership to stop bad behavior.
Criminals.
How could Jailers kill People their Custody, the criminal Justice Department laws and procedures didn't lock up the Other penitenciary Officers to face criminal charges. So think that a jury has to have every opportunity to press charges on the Officers who slain this young Fellow 😮😮😮😮they must face consequences of their indictment to cop at least 10-15-40 behind bars.
That’s a big guy leaning on somebody’s back I’m hoping the family gets some compensation out of this. This is wrong in all aspects and those that were fired, should be held responsible for his death, and not just fired
INMATES CURRENTLY BEING DENIED MEDICAL ATTENTION THAT ARE BEING HOUSED IN AN AREA WHERE THEY ARE PAINTING, STRONG FUMES, DIFFICULTY BREATHING..TRAPPED IN CELLS LIKE ANIMALS
I deal with mental health patients daily ...... This outcome here ???? I'm sorry but it is in my opinion...... Criminal ..... I already factored in by him being a veteran that he had probably PTSD from previous military services which can cause the mental health issues ...... There should have been other forms of treatment for this gentleman ..... Not incarceration ...... Oh I don't think someone should be held accountable ...... I know someone should BE !!!! The alleged jailers were terminated???? Not only terminated .. They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law & followed by prison time ..... Deepest condolences for the victim's family - families ... May justice ⚖️ prevail for this mental health veteran who dilegently served ..... Rest In Peace 🕊️🕊️🕊️ 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Fired ! .................they shoul go to jail for murder. THERE BOSS SHOULD GO TO JAIL TOO ! It doesnt take all those screws to hold down one man , cosidering he wasnt that big anyway ,
Once the guy was handcuffed they’re supposed to sit him up not continue to apply weight on top of him. You’re already vulnerable with your chest on the ground and when there’s added weight and that’s a lot of weight the possibility of injuries is greatly increased. Another problem I saw was there’s entirely too many deputies pulling and pushing just working against each other. Needs to be more organization and what I saw was very unorganized. I’m an officer myself and what I saw is not taught in defensive tactics. A restraint chair is another option and there should be one on each floor in a secured location in the event one is needed along with flex cuffs, spit hoods, leg shackles, and anything else that applies. At least in a restraint chair he’s sitting up and he’s able to breathe without issues. Being prepared is paramount. This is a wake up call to the sheriff and he really needs to incorporate these things.
Very tragic all the way around.
Working in a jail is the worst job you can ever have. I'd rather be a garbage man than work in a jail again.
It's the equivalent of babysitting violent dangerous toddlers. It really is.
BP stop serving a country that doesn't give a damn about you. To return from duty, not receive medical care and just tossed in jail. Then be taken out ... unreal.
That’s a good Sheriff who’s holding his people accountable.

MEDICAL TOO SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE
No way that giant co went through co training. How???
Sadly, it seems a lot of those who have served in the American military have issues especially Marines and Army. It's what they experience from basic training to the field - Our protectors who have seen and experienced the worst of human kind. The Veterans Administration has failed so many of our military members especially those in the Marines and Army-- ALL military members that need help physically and mentally should have it!!!!. My heart breaks for Anthony's family and friends. My relatives were in the Vietnam war, they didn't fare well mentally upon leaving. No help was available in the 70's and it continues decades later. Semper Fidelis to all Marines!
OMG! He was kneeling on his neck!
WAYBOURN can’t be trusted
End qualified immunity
Do jailers have that? I thought it was cops and sheriffs.
Jailers are deputy sherrifs, just not on patrol. Most deputies start off in jail before they go to the streets. But yes, they all have qualified immunity in all state, local, and federal services,
What does qualified immunity have to do with this incident?
@adamdenton6225 county detention officers are NOT deputy sheriffs. Qualified immunity applies to all government employees.
@@Augustus_McCrae my bad youre right on this part.
they should be charged with murder
Now he fina be in tarrant county
no murder charges
No cpr no help this is murder
⁵ people have been killed in that jail this year.
Killed? Or have died in custody?
FOR NOT SURRENDER AID
Its obvious its criminal..
😢
Jailers fired in tyrant county for being tyrants?
Sounds absured.
My sun 🌞 wanna talk all parties involved about this situation …and the conversation will be held 🫡🤡⚡️⚡️⚡️👀
I hated that gurad he works in booking he was really mean
Video always training when they are at fault.
The guy didn’t comply but let’s fire the officers 🙄
100% justified don't fight and resist.
Old George ruined that "i can breathe " routine
and ya wonder why no wants these jobs, the inmate could have avoided all this by not acting like an animal.
Sad what happened but when you play stuoid games you win stupid prizes.
Stupid games = stupid prizes… how about not ending up in jail in the 1st place? I guess that oath of Honor, integrity and loyalty that he learned in the Marines went right the window when he discharged 🤔
