Rainforest in a Box : DRIPPING Terrarium

- It's been a minute folks. With the cold season upon us I wanted to bring the outdoors inside so I can enjoy it from the comfort of my couch. This rainfall terrarium was inspiration from Lang DIY on UA-cam. I put my own twist on things to further my love and longevity for ferns. It was a lot of trial and error but It's finally settling and I'm ready to show it.

I don't comment on videos often, but I just want to say that I really appreciate you giving credit to Lang DIY for inspiration (as opposed to pretending you came up with the idea on your own). I remember watching those build videos a few weeks ago and was wondering why the concept seemed so familiar. I'd love to see more iterations of a raining setup and hopefully try my hand at one. This turned out so beautifully.

The terrarium looks fantastic! I’m hoping you are still as excited now, 7 months later, as you were when you made the video. It inspired me back then too.
I also saw Lang’s and my wife and I were recently visited Forks, La Push and the Hoh Rainforest area. I just had to do something.
This week I pulled the trigger on a UNS Foresta 60E Paludarium. I’m just waiting on plant orders to come in!

all i gotta say is, I knew that was you working the camera for fritz XD can you tell us your opinion on Aquarium Design Group. i saw the video you shot there and thats a lfs here in houston. its highest end store here in houston.
haha Yup been doin the Fritz thing for sure. ADG is quite awesome, great if you want some hardscape or a huge install. Houston has some great spots! You guys are quite lucky but the weather I cannot do, that sucked haha It was 113 degrees last I was there.
