My mira just came in the mail. I have not been tracking my cycle because of depression so I don't have any information about my cycle. The app is asking for the length of cycle/period and I honestly don't know. How do I go around setting up the app? Thanks in advance
What dose E3G mean i got to 400 on Mira a few times and on the march 9th it was score 10 and my LH was 17.1 and my E3G was 400 a few times what dose that mean
E3G is a type of Estrogen that peaks just before ovulation. So, a fertility score of 10 and those high estrogen levels suggest that you ovulated close to the 9th of March
