Ombre Leather EDP is my favourite leather fragrance. I adore it so much I bought two 100ml. bottles of the stuff. It is elegant and classy, and in my Top 10 Fragrances For Life.

My second favorite leather scent would be Tom Ford Ombre Leather. Tom Ford Ombre Leather moves a different direction on the leather note from Guerlain Cuir Intense which the former is towards sexy & classy vibe while the latter is more bold & masculine.
Great video… Afnan Rare Carbon is a really nice (and cheap) leather scent as well. Great take on Ombré leather. A fresh and fruity opening but a beautiful smooth leather in the dry down and even more long lasting than ombré leather.

Love your videos together! Although you reviewed Nishane Suede et Safran here, Nishane has another one called SHEM that's kind of like in the private line of Nishane. It smells like a more complex blend of Ombre Leather (if you can imagine!). I got two cards sprayed with OL and SHEM 5 days ago and while the Ombre Leather scent is gone, SHEM is still radiating. It's much more expensive, but try to get your nose on it if you haven't yet!

I have quite a few of these. I was curious about a Memo Paris, in particular Italian Leather. Way too expensive for my liking.
But then again, so is Chanel Cuir de Russie. I'm sure I will own these 2 one day, probably sooner than later.
VC&A Orchid Leather is a gourmand and very much in the style of By Kilian Black Phantom. Not a leather fragrance for me.
You should try Shay & Blue Blacks Club Leather. Real good. Pretty close to Ombre Leather.
I also have Tuscan Leather but it is not in my top 3.
Which is: 1e Godolphin- 2e Ombre Leather- 3e Acqua di Parma EDC.
I prefer S.T. Dupont Leather Vanille and Golden Wood above the 2 Rasasi's which I also have. And ridiculous cheap for their quality.
Davidoff Leather Blend is worth mention.
I have 2 great Bottega Veneta. The soft suede Pour Homme and the richer Pour Homme Parfum.
A leather collection is not complete without Shalimar EDP, but even the EDT is great. I just had to buy them for my collection, even if as a man I won't be wearing them often. But the leather note in the EDT is one of the best leathers ever. And that for a bargain price.
Last but not least is the first male leather fragrance Knize 10. A collectors item.

Have you tried Cerruti 1881 Signature. Found it last week at one of my favorite discounters. havent tried it yet, but saw Dallas made a review about it. Its pretty cheap here in Denmark (about 28 euro). Im thing i am gonna pick it up in the near future.
Men, I'd love to see a review of amber gris showers, the comments on the internet seem quite polarizing but in my country I has to buy it blindly, I have tobacco blaze and I love it, there are a few video reviews on this fragance but people I don't know, but your channel gives that confidence and you have the taste for this different fragances, the other people seem afraid of it, thanks

A fantastic Suede leather based fragrance, Even though it doesn't have suede leather as one of the notes, With ebony woods, Amber, Cinnamon, A great cheapie, But smells so amazing and sophisticated, And the performance is excellent to.

I would like to know what you feel about YSL Cuir, as a big leather note fan. There are various reviews, I also don't have it yet, but would like to know how you feel about it. there are 4-5 scents from this YSL collection, which I would like to own. For now I have just one.

I have both TF Ombre and Tuscan and have to say, Tuscan has the edge, but I prefer to wear Ombre on a daily basis, I tend to put Tuscan on more for the odd day out.
Hi Mark! Yeah between the two I feel Ombre Leather is a bit easier to wear for more frequent use. Tuscan is the perfect one for those special occasions or together with a suit 👌

Great list. Personally I cannot get past the scratchy chemical note (norlimbanol ? , ISO ?) in Ombre leather. I much much prefer Tuscan Leather over it.

I bought the 250ml when I first heard it was about to be discontinued.. It's so unique, so bold and so full of contrast and it's also one of my most powerful scents.. I spray it on and it's still on my skin the next day.. Love it! 🤩

Personally I love Molinard Cuir. A fantastic Leather Frag for a great price. Had mine about 2 years or so and never get tired of it. Think I paid about £30 for 75ml. 👍👍

Hi! This is an interesting question and like everything else with scents, it's very subjective.. AdP (to me) is a fantastic leather, but it's quite different from both TF OL and Godolphin. Out of the 3 I would say Godolphin is the easiest to wear for most and it's also the most mass appealing one.
AdP Leather is dominated by leather + woodiness and the leather is to me more of the smoky kind. And the whole scent is quite unique thanks to the touch of citrus that AdP adds to so many of their scents. The way the smokiness of the leather mix with that mix of citrus is very unique and I think that's the part that will either make you love it or dislike it.
Think of a smoky leather with a big dose of something woody behind it with a unique touch of citrus on top.
This is super hard.. You might love it or end up disliking it.
I guess one way of looking at it is: how much do you love the scent of leather?
If you are a bit like me in that you absolutely love it and you truly enjoy it in different ways (i.e Ombre leather, Tuscan Leather, Godolphin, Guerlain Cuir Intense etc, etc) then chances are you will like it. If you are very picky with the scent of leather and only enjoy a very specific subset within the vertical, then you might not enjoy it 😊 Please do share if you ever try it. Curious now if you would like it or not 😊

I like Ombre leather but I prefer the fruity sweetness touch in Godolphin/La Yuqawam/Tuscan Leather.
But the best out of the ones in this video to me is Suede Et Safran, the muskiness just works so well on my skin. Very very elegant, smells so expensive and luxurious.
Hi! Yeah Suede et safran is super smooth in such a nice way! And a bit of sweetness together with leather usually makes a blend a lot more attractive. I enjoy wearing all kinds and sometimes I want that raw and "pure" kind of leather and sometimes I want it with a bit of sweetness 😊👌
TF Ombré Leather with PDM Godolphin are the bests!

Hi! I went by YSL twice this summer and they still did not have it... So weird.. I do know that a lot of brands had issues with Corona and all.. But still weird since it's a 2021 release..
Will try and see if it's available this week.. Would be fantastic to try it out!

Je ne connais pas leather Oud, mais pour moi Tuscan leather le numéro un avant Tuscan leather, ombré leather est supérieur en tenue et sillage mais pour l’odeur c’est Tuscan est supérieur. out of Godolphin and Ombre Leather 2018, wich one is the most wearable?
I think both are sort of on the same level. I don't feel any of them is hard to wear and Both (to me and to a lot of people I've met) are not challenging leather fragrances.
They do have a bit of a different wearing experience where I feel ombre leather is more buttery and creamy. I´ll always have ombre leather at the top so a vote for that one, but Godolphin is easy to wear (For a leather) and also brings in the compliments.. So no straight up answer to that question 😊 Go for the one you love the most.

I spent the whole day sniffing it on my skin. He had put a bottle aside and I went back and grabbed it. I cannot tell you how much fun I’ve had asking people what they think. Definitely varying opinions. Some friends are like omg that’s filthy 😹 Husband hates it but happy I’m happy and I’m over here living my best ‘Sexy Cowboy’ life. Now I need to revisit Ombré Leather. Yeah Acqua Di Parma that Sandra Solomon Fragrance Mentioned is a good suggestion, to my nose it lacks the sweetness that a lot of other leather perfume have.

Spicy leather was one of my first ones and I recently decided to buy some more and will open up some of them in a fragrance haul soon. I bought all the leather scents so it's going to be very interesting and I hope they are good 😊
Leather scents kinda break my heart because I love leather, but it seems like girls rarely care for leather colognes. You don't see leather listed in most of the popular date night/sexy cologne lists. I watched a ladies reaction video where girls kept referring to Ombre Leather as smelling luke a leather couch or a car with leather seats and were not impressed.

The scent of leather is definitely NOT as mass appealing as scents such as Y EDP or warm scents such as stronger with you, etc..
But the right kind of leather has a quite a high likeability to it.
Leather is something that stands out. Among all the leather fragrances there are some that are a lot more mass appealing than others. 😊

I have and love both Ombre leather and Tuscan leather. However, Ombre leather is no match for the goat Tuscan leather.

@@rottenrebels that's just it. I really haven't. I love leather, as in my collection of leather jackets and their smell, but I haven't ventured into leather colognes. So far my collections are admittedly all dupes.... CDIM, Kismet Angel, armaf milestone, and Maahir Legacy. I am a cheap dude I guess 😂. I'm considering velvet oud as an ombre leather dupe option.
Edit: oh and I have a Tobacco Vanille clone too called Villain.

Nowdayes Ombre Leather edp was killed..it a shame of Tom Ford. I did tasted in 2019 or 2018 this edp,it was such a great from everything..and I did tasted new batches and it was terrible reformed...do not buy new batches..

I don't understand the 18.5/20 for ombré leather ... it's animal leather at first spray it's too much animalic you have to wait the dry down to appreciate a little bit ... I think it's too pungent but not the right way imo it's overated ....
This woman has an excellent nose in regards to scent testing.
