- Do you have cauliflower and canned tuna at home? Fast, easy and delicious recipes!
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
cauliflower
Onion
frying oil
carrot
garlic
Tuna in a can
Salt
pepper
4 eggs
cream
Cheese
Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 5 minutes
Sauté onions and carrots in olive oil
Add garlic and canned tuna
Canned tuna is best taken without oil
Fry everything together for 3 minutes
Mix eggs with cream
Put everything in a heatproof dish
Pour in egg mixture and add cheese
Bake at 180°C (350F) 15 minutes
A salad of tomatoes and mozzarella with basil is perfect for such a dinner.

@@zoiarabinovich7369 Причём тут сочетание? Надо иметь и свой вкус:)) Консервированный тунец добавляю только в салат, подаю с картошкой и иногда делаю бутерброды.
@@ElenaDragan ,так ежьте по своему вкусу,а к другим не лезьте указывать что вам вкусно а что нет.У каждого свой вкус,если вы не в курсе и то что вкусно или не вкусно вам,это никого не интересует.
