In this video, you have used red wire for minus and black wire for plus for the poly solar panel which is little confusing. Take care of color standards to make it easy.

Thank you bro, very nice explaining about solar panels. I installed solar system in my home with 4 panels of 250 wp, 24 volts 1.2 kva solar system 150 ah 2 batteries. Please let me know, can I add another 4 panels to this system in parallel connection to increase the charge the battery power.

for higher power requirement (upwards of 1000 watt), we use higher voltage like 24 v or 48 v on dc side so as to reduce the current flow( and cable size) on dc side.

Becoz hybrid inverter have range of 12v to 80v dc for solar panels input, what do u think?? (just my opinion)

Sir why voltage reduces to 12v when connected to load. In open it is showing 19.95V . What about current under loaded condition

U ideally keep ambiguity in most of ur videos, couldn't find even a single video of complete protection setup being installed but installed already, u should do the protection setup wiring from scratch for learners
the panels are in partial shade from the camera, and from your multimeter when you are testing them. do it right.

I used the mixing solar but they are stop everything after 10 to 15 minutes
Muhammad Bilal he told that it is possible to connect poly to mono. There maybe some problem in your connection. Maybe short circuit somewhere?

Please do make one video for the solar setup for a overlander vehicale that should run in Pakistan environment.. e.g I want to put it on my land cruiser. 2nd battery usually get charged from vehicale charging system but appliances like fridge can get direct power to save battery for night time camping lights etc

Habib Bhai please suggest me as I have installed 4 panels of Jinko solar 530 Watts with homepage verte 3 KW but it can't run any load exceeding 500 Wats. Volts coming from panels are 170-180 but ampare hardly goes over 2 Amp's

I've a solar system with Smarten Superb 2500 and 100 Watts 24 Volt poly panel and its running smoothly last 1 year. Now I get 4pcs 300 Watt 48 Volt poly panel. Could I add them with my existing 24 Volt inverter system then how?
I have 200watt 24v Solar panel , charges two 100AH Exide tubular batteries... I have to enhance my solar by connecting extra 325Watt 24V panel to this.

Sirji, mere paas Tata Gold two 12V 200Wp ka Modules hain aur 4 sq. mm ka Polycab DC Cables available hain. Chhat se Luminous Retrofit 2420 (controller) tak ka distance maximum 15 metre hoga. Battery aur inverter 12v ka hain. Mera sawal hain, Kya 400Wp 12V ka current ke liye 4 sq. mm DC Cable patla ho jayega?
Alternative way- Agar ye wire patla ho jayega to kya main 2*200Wp panel se separately alag positive aur negative controller tak connect kar sakta hoon? (In this case i will have to use 15*4=60 metres cable) Mere paas 4 sq mm cables ki kami nahi hain. Pls advice me
