I haven't been to a Chili's since August 2010. And, that was in Carson City, Nevada with my daughter and some church friends. With all the great restaurants in Carson, they wanted to eat at a "big city" restaurant! My ex-wife hated Chili's. Mow that I'm on my own, it always looked like a "cheapskate date" place. And, like at most restaurants, a guy by himself screams "loser". So, it's usually fast feeders for me. These specials looked like excellent values. I'd probably go with either the burger or the steak. One thing I was not surprised at not seeing on the menu is a "Cadillac Margarita". If I'm relaxed and have someone along to drive, that is one drink I'll have. I've only had it at El Chollo in Los Angeles and at Chuy's. Sounded like Murphy's Law hit your close! Great vlog! I've been promised to take my wife to Chili's for quite a long time, but after watching this video it will be sooner than later. Carly takes spells with eating. She is such a snacker that often she doesn't want an entire meal. She will let us know what she wants. lol Apparently she eats all through the day at school too. Chili’s was our go to restaurant when we were dating and first married and that was back in the 80s. We would have to go to Knoxville to eat at a Chili’s around here. Growing up Chilis has always been a staple place to go for us. I remember the two for 20 they used to do. My go to is always the 3 for me with the original chicken crispers with fries and corn or their bacon ranch quesadilla with ranch. Of course the chips and salsa is a must. Actually just had it yesterday 🤣 and got some leftovers for today. Loved the video and all the sights and smells!
