Yes you can always see the line on a shape wear short. Even the seamless kind. I’ve been a size 4 up to a 10 and I have always had a hard time finding any that work.

I'm very thin at only 94 lbs and I have some shape wear that still leaves a line on my legs but recently I found some that do not leave a line. So it just depends on the brand.

Yessss style me some ballet flats!!! I struggle with that.
On the smaller side but I do appreciate shape wear under clingy clothing for a smooth line. Hated Spanx but wore them anyway. Glad there are better options now.

Regarding the shapewear thigh line: I am a smaller sized person (5’3, size 4) and the older shapewear with the normal/thick seam on the leg can occasionally show a line, but the newer kinds that have a thinner fabric with the grippy silicone edge definitely does not show.

Great honest video! I just recently gained a healthier relationship with shapewear. Have you tried, The Pink Room shapewear? The have high waisted capri also. They feel like underwear mixed with leggings. Like underwear in the right places but structured where you want it.
