992 GT3 RS MUGELLO 16/11/24 Promoracing Trackday - T13 16.30-16.50

A sequence of decent laps, struggling for grip in less than ideal conditions after sunset with high humidity and very cold tarmac : 1.58.70, 2.00.25, 1.59.15, 1.58.95. The last one would have probably been the best without the wide safety margin I kept while crossing other cars.
Sorry for flashing but desperately looking for a free lap to set a good time in total safety since I never dare to overtake unless 100% sure be seen and have room enough…and this was my only chance in the day.

complimenti davvero. Secondo me con gomma nuova e pista libera togli 2 secondi.
Rispetto alla 991 porti una velocità minima nelle curve veloci molto più alta, ma la cosa che mi fa impressione è quanto puoi frenare tardi.

Eeeeh magari...il target è quello ma giro troppo poco mannaggia, non ho ancora confidenza del tutto con la macchina...dovrei provare un po' di volte di fila anche per capire la maniera più efficace di guidarla e trovare le regolazioni migliori, sia come angoli che come pasm e ptv.
Hai ragione...frenata dalle alte velocità e percorrenza di curva sul veloce sono i punti di forza della macchina, ma anche nelle esse può esprimere di più secondo me, va presa un po' la mano. Oggi poi non la sentivo benissimo onestamente..

@@997GT3R i don't remember exactly now ...but in a very tight range of the standard setting since at that stage i was more interested in understanding the car behaviour more than tailoring to mine (not yet ready) "taste".
You can see sth in the dashboard when i tune something before the second two laps
