I just want to say I am so grateful for this video. I just recently retired and the young people where I had worked for years would help me just get through some of the aspects of Excel as some of the things we had to do were done on Excel spreadsheets and sent to us. Even after they would show me I had no clue what happened just was happy they were there to help. By watching this video I was able to build my own template with formulas in certain cells (and to my surprise they worked!). I even edited my template because after I had saved it I decided I wanted some additional information. I also did 12mo's of sheets as well. I am beyond excited that at my age I could actually do this!! THANK YOU SEAN!! I have partially watched some of the videos made by others but just couldn't find one that was for a true, non-techy beginner until I came across your video. Thanks again!!

Great teaching video. This is my first attempt at using Excel. The video covers the basics in easy to understand format. I needed to view it over several sessions and the video restarted where I left off. I had to repeat parts several times and the time scale worked well to slide back where I needed. The only negative was that when navigating backwards, the slides where blurred making it difficult to know exactly where I was. I recommend taking notes of the timeline and subject when new sections are started, then going back to review is much easier.
Excellent tutorial video. It brings you through all the basic stuff of Excel by building a workbook. You will not fall asleep or get bored. It keeps you looking at the screen and taking notes until its end. Well done! Tomorrow I am going to watch the Intermediate video.

When are you going to have an intermediate and advance (in the exact same format)? I understand you have other videos that contain more advanced concepts, but this is an all inclusive step by step method that is superior. Please advise. Also, the presenter was excellent. Thank you.
Such a GREAT tutorial. If you can spear the 2 hours, watch it. I really needed a refresher/beginner tutorial on Excel for a new job and this one was super great for that. I've watched other tutorials that are not nearly as good. Sean's voice sounds nice instead of sharp or fuzzy and he wasn't boring either. The tutorial is for Excel 2016 but I watched while working on my Excel 2010 and it still worked great. I learned a lot. Only a few differences between the 2010 and 2016 versions. The 2016 version sounds amazing though and I want to change over. haha. THANKS!!!

For adding commands to the quick access toolbar you can go up top, click Strikethrough, it will appear in the list, then you can right click and it will ask you if you want to add it to your quick access toolbar....
