I for sure would love to see a video on the acting and how to convey emotions on motives that seem really interesting and for sure will help a lot of other students doing an acting shot for the first time. this can also go together with the phrases.
The stuff about rhythm and character acting really caught my interest, I really hope to see more of those expressed in a video. Also a sir wade ref library sounds incredibly fun. Good work as always man, keep being inspiring.
I want to see about allllllll topics you've mentioned in this video in separate videos, if possible interview with these people( speacially shawn kelly) thank you , your videos are awwwwwwwesome
Hey sir wade, just wanted to say i really love your work and the tips you give for all the artists out there is just a gift. I would like to say, 'I kinda like these short 10 minutes time duration videos for little tips & tricks & Longer videos for Important ones' (Just personal opinion) !!! You are Awesome !!! XD...
6:56 *Entire video aside... How the hell did you do THAT ???? HOLY COWW !!!! 9:30 'I feel like i should post a video Just of me doing ridiculous things for reference' - 10000000% YESSSSS !!!!!!!!! *JUST DOO ITTTT !!!!!!!!!! XD...
As a 3d animator, would you recommend getting an intuos pro, cintiq, or iPad Pro to use to incorporate 2d animation in as well and plan out arcs and poses or would you say that using a mouse usually gets it done? Sorry for the lengthy question😅
You could make it work any of the 3 ways! With an iPad, I'd recommend doing a playblast in Maya, putting it in SyncSketch (free), draw on it w/ iPad, then export back into Maya. With an intuos or cintiq you can do the same thing on your PC / Mac, just a different type of tablet. Also check out my B2S Tech video for more tablet recommendations if you're on a budget :) I link to some good ones, cintiqs and intuos included.
Sir Wade Neistadt would you say that the 6th generation iPad is a good iPad to work with? I was planning on getting one this upcoming January and a used cintiq in November. *The iPad for the portability.
Great video! Really becoming a huge fan of the channel here! I got a long history with 2D art and 3D modeling, but im just starting to get into 3D animation! Looking forward to learn and grow with the help of this channel! :)
Thanks for this tips Sir Wade! I just have a question about day 3 with Daniel, do you have some animation examples about that idea of making big things bigger and small ones smaller? I understood the idea but not how to put that into practice. Thank you!
Of allllll the topics in this video, which ones do you want videos on?? Anything else animation related that I didn't mention that you want to see? :)
Rhythm and shot composition would be good. Keep up the great work!
