Thanks so much, Capt, for sharing the knowledge. As to the last case example, my calculation is different from yours. Total loss amount of 2 ships and cargo 160,000. A's degree of negligence=20%. B's degree of negligence=80%. Therefore Net Loss A=160,000x20%=32,000 (-80,000-8,000-8,000+64,000) instead of 48,000 and Net Loss B=160,000x80%=128,000 (-40, 000+8,000-32,000-64,000) instead of 96,000. I leave aside that B will get recovery of 32,000 from cargo owner/cargo insurer, to show that net loss of those ships in proportion to percentage of blame. Please check again, and please let me know if you have any other thoughts. Thank you.😊

Sir kindly clear my some doubts
    1. Is 3/4 collision liability clause and Running down clause same or different?
    2. what is the benefit of sistership clause in owner aspect?
Thanks sir for your kind guidence.
